    This so called business is a scam, they take your $$ quicker than you can say please. I sent multiple emails within 4 hours of signing up with them, to be told 3 days later that they can not refund me, because my information was already shared with a couple platforms. I did not even finish the registration that was scheduled by them, they did not call me when they said they would. The office was closed so I left an email. I received multiple of the same emails from them and each time said I do not want the service. I was told it takes them between ***** to reply to emails. I want my refund and the rude customer service phone tech would not let me speak to anyone else. then he pretty much hung up on me. DO NOT USE APNTECH for anything

    These people are trash. They stole my money. I was contacted and sold services to get my business aligned with voice search. They never gave me what I paid for. After scamming me out of cash they were rude to me and my wife on the phone then hung up. I called today and the rep blamed me for not contacting them over and over to resolve this. Rude nasty woman. I TOLD HER BYE..HUNG UP AND CALLED HOPING TO GET ANOTHER REP. I DID AND HE WAS NICE. BUT THEY can no longer find my account. The last rep pulled up my account by the phone number. ( i believe she deleted my account to cover their tracks.) As far as I can tell these people robbed my business. Do not trust this company. I will be contacting my local officials on how to proceed.

    They mislead and misinformed us with an expensive life changing regret for investing our $698 with apnTech! After 3 months of purchasing the plan that they suggested, they have not fully fulfilled their obligations for our business to be made visible via voice recognition to most popular platforms including Siri. There are lot of Apple iPhone users and Siri is becoming more and more popular. However, to this very day, apnTech still cant figure out how to fix the issue! You would think theyre the expert of their own product, voice recognition, but they cant do their job properly. Instead were being harassed and being blamed for not having our own business website! Prior to purchasing their suggested plan, we were told that its not a requirement to have a business website to be able to recognize our business through voice search. Now, theyre changing their story and keeps giving us wrong information whenever we call them. Their representatives were horrible and kept giving us different answers and excuses each time! They pretty much robbed us! Save yourselves and stay away from this company!

    Absolutely trash and a waste of $400.They don't actually DO anything. They tell.ypu what to do. If I had that time I would have done it myself. Run, don't walk, run away.It's not a scam per say. It's just not what it claims

    This business just ate hours of my day to make a sale, misled me into a purchase, and then left me to spend hours to undo it afterwards. If you don't have a ****** Business profile, then their voice search thing doesn't work. So you have to set up a ****** Business profile. But we don't want to feature our business on a platform that allows for customer ratings and reviews, that's a headache we don't need. APNTech could have told me that when they called, but they didn't. They took the money, and then made it next to impossible to get the money back.

    I would put zero stars if I could. This company continues to harass me with multiple calls per day from different phone numbers and will not remove me from their calling list. Completely unprofessional and horrible business practices.

    This business DOES NOT LISTEN to their customer! My wife signed up with them and decided to cancel last December. When they didn't charge for *** we thought nothing of it. Then they charged my card again in February! When we called and emailed for them to cancel we thought they did. No charge on my card for March or April but now here we are again! Today, April 28th, there is a pending charge on my card from them! We never received a refund from the Feb charge. These people just refuse to listen to their customer. They don't deliver on the product/service they are selling. They are very difficult to reach anyone on the phone that can help you. We've only had success through email but the charges keep coming back. I should have to go cancel my bank card and get a new one just so they will stop charging me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Pay attention to the 1 star reviews here as I believe their 4 and 5 star reviews are padded by their employees, friends and families.

    I'm a business owner, and I've been with APN Tech since the Summer of 2023. To start, this company upsold me on Voice Search (which never did anything for my business)an absolute waste of money. I paid $1050! Next, I was being charged $200/month with "promising" results that, again, I didn't receive. For the first few months, I got reports about the "progress" of my business, which later turned into them not feeling the need to send to me anymore. Well, it's relevant to me and my business! So, when I said if they didn't provide me with results, I was leaving. They said they got a new system and would only start charging me now $100/month. Well, here is the other kicker. Initially, they took info from me stating they'd set up my account, and they did, but with the littlest information possible, and I provided more than they gave. They set up an account for me with my business name and location. That is all! When I called in to ask about updated progress on how my business was being listed, they said I hadn't updated my info. This was the first news to me! I paid them to set up my account. They said it'd be doing better when I "finished" setting it up. Again, this is news to me, and sure enough, I had an account of wasted time and wasted info. I complained, so they offered me a few months of service, and I was charged $0 for two months. I took it and updated my account, but I haven't seen it providing the results. So, I called to cancel my account months ago and got no callback. All I get is an answering service. I reached out via email in November 2023 to cancel. I got an email back that they got my email, but no call to cancel, no confirmation to cancel, nor any help to cancel. I called again to cancel, and I got a call service saying they'd provided the info and would have someone call me soon. NOTHING!!! This is a terrible business operation! This isn't a company to invest in. I'm disgusted with myself for having given them money for this long. DO NOT INVEST!!!

    I can't express this enough. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!! There are plenty of business out there that do the same thing and it only takes them a day or two to get you recognized on all voice search platforms. Not the two to three months APNTECH says it takes. Remember, after 60 days, you can't contest the charge to your credit card. How convenient is that for ***. I read the complaints early-on and told the *** sales department of this before purchasing anything. They explained to me that it's only a few among the thousands of clients they have and only those that are upset will post anything. Well, I'm telling you, please don't fall for this. *** shows a very good face up front. They follow through very well and are very professional. I was feeling that I made a good decision early on. After 90 days of seeing nothing happening and talking to them very often about my concerns, they would tell me that it was something I was doing wrong. I made all the correction with now change. After the fourth attempt to get something going I canceled there services, to where the threw two more charged on my credit card. Again, I can't say it strongly enough, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. I believe there are good companies out there with these types services, this isn't one of them.

    Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. ****** to do absolutely nothing. constantly having problems, having to go to multiple websites, doing all the work yourself. do not use this company. it takes 5min to register on yelp and not pay ******. They withheld important information, they make it sound like they will promote your Buisness. This is a lie. The only thing they are doing is having VOICE search. Which is already done when you register a Buisness. This is a scam.
