Biggest scam company. The company is so big of a scam and money hungry that they make you jump through hoops just to cancel. Biggest disappointment.

This shady completely unethical company deserves a -5 stars, but that was not an option. They are not interested in helping they are only interested in money. They completely fraudulently ripped me off this week and even though I emailed them and called the following day to ask for a refund before, they got started doing any work because they were unable to see the email at first which is on them and making all the difference in the world. Save your money, put it towards a reputable company that is concerned about its customers well-being as well as their business, APN tech is not one of those companies .apnTech

This is a complete scam! The product does not work and they refused a refund unlawfully. In their terms it states If we cannot complete your voice registration on ****** ***** and ****** Home, we will refund you 100% with no cancellation fees. However, if you are registered and searchable on voice search devices, our job is to be considered complete and no refund will be issued. My business is not searchable on voice search devices. This is a full blown scam, dont sign up!apnTech
