I had ordered $2,500 of restaurant equipment through a reputable company called PCI Auctions on 10/20/22 here in Southern California. Upon pickup, the business asked for ***** as their credit card machine "wasn't working on weekends." So I sent $2537.94 on 10/31/22 to the business' bank account. Of the items purchased, none of them are in working condition. I have the invoice from the website with a picture of the item listing stating it is in "working condition." Commercial Fridge - Refrigerant/Freon Leak (have invoice from a licensed HVAC Company stating the fridge needs expensive repairs), fridge won't get cold at all. Patio Heaters - Glass tube in middle is cracked, missing top heat exchanger and bottom coil Vacuum Sealer - Item listed was a VP230 vacuum sealer purchased for $1,000. I didn't receive a VP230, instead it is a Chinese knockoff that sells for $300 brand new which also doesn't work. Troubleshooted the issue with a licensed electrician. I did some online searching and found the model they sold me is a DZ-260 that sells on Alibaba, and they don't make the sealing bar to fix the issue. Reach-In Chest Freezer - Upon delivery, business owner said the hood of the freezer flew up on the freeway which broke the freezer hinges and the top won't stay closed without a weight on top of it. I've tried to contact the business to receive a refund via email and phone and haven't received anything in return.
