    PCI Southern California division manager ***************** is unprofessional, unreliable and unreasonable person to deal with.We closed down a family restaurant business on Oct of 2022.He hauled away our equipments on 10/25/22.Auction closed on 12/14/22. According to the contract he wrote, we should have been received the Net amount check enclosed with the statement within 10 business days of the auction closing date.After requesting for the sale statement for 7 week, We were finally able to get a statement, that was copied and pasted on excel sheet with $50 short.It took ** 7.5 wks to see the sales statement after the auction closed.The final gross sales was $8550.Auction haul away fee of $2500 was not clearly provided until the day he came to haul away the equipments.After taking 30% for Auction Fee, we are barely taking $4000.**** didn't apologize about the delay, all he had were excuses of why he was late and complains that he didn't make any profit from the sales he made.Closing down a family business of 20 years was very difficult and dealing with someone like **** on the final chapter is the worst way to end the business.
