I wish I had researched this product before purchasing. It lives up to its 1 star reputation. Never again, 10/10 would not recommend.

At Xzilon we do our best to achieve the best possible outcome with every customer. When you purchased our warranty, you confirmed in writing you understood and agreed to the warranty coverage, conditions and limitations. One of those conditions was you are required to notify us within 60 days of damage. When we dispatched a third-party inspection service, they confirmed with you that the damage occurred more than 200 days prior to notifying us. The third party is required to notify us of this fact. Waste of money. Tried to file a warranty but they will not back their product. Had it applied at the dealership and within several months embedded water/rain spots throughout the vehicle. Awful product. Shame on any dealership for selling this junk.Xzilon Inc

At Xzilon, every customer matters.We understand youre disappointed the damage to your vehicle is not covered under your limited warranty. Your Xzilon warranty provides a wide range of coverage, including environmental hazards to paint surfaces. Your warranty also states limitations, exclusions, and requirements of the purchaser. When you purchased your warranty you acknowledge in writing that you read and understood these limitations, exclusions and requirements. When filing your initial claim you reported the damage several months after the damage occurred. Your warranty requires you to report any damage when it occurs and not longer than 60 days after the damage. For that reason we are required to deny your claim.Please be sure to file claims at the time damage occurs. We look forward to working with you again.The Xzilon Team.Review fromDominick B

Xzilon is a total fraud and the car dealership like ******************* in which I purchase the product from. A dump truck got behind my **** Escape on I4 without a cover which had rocs and dirt hitting and damaging the paint and on the same day in the parking lot of the millennium mall I got our small dent on the right fender. All of which the sales rep at *********** said Xzilon would fix at no charge. I submit a claim and they said those very things were not covered. I should have if it is to good to be true then it not true. Its time the government hit companies like this with severe fines and even remove their licenses and put them out of business. To all that read this do you wallet a favor and save your money by not buying a worthless product.Xzilon Inc

The warranty you chose has specific coverages and exclusions that are detailed in the warranty and should always be reviewed prior to purchase and filing claims. Xzilon works closely with its dealerships to maximize accurate information is communicated to the customer. Dealers selling ********************** products should accurately inform their customers and their customers should carefully review the warrantee they selected, not rely solely on their dealers for detailed coverage and exclusions.We look forward to working with you on this and any future concerns and claims.The Xzilon Team
