    The date of service was started April 16th 2024 and completed April 33. 2024. I had a sales *** come to my home after a sales call stating that energy efficient products could be applied to my home and would save me money on heating and energy bills. That i would recieve assistance in getting these products, like it was some sort of grant federal program. I even asked how did I qualify since I am a high wage earner. And that the product wad texicote paint. I was told that in order to secure the best deal I needed to agree that day or someone else could get a better deal. I was quoted ***** to paint my home. A man came out showed me samples and I chose colors. I asked if I did not like the color then what would happen? The answer I got was "ehhhhh". There was no explanation thay by the way, it was 30% more to make a change after. A team came out. Painted my home. That part was fine. Turns out that the color I chose was pink! Not brown like I had thought I chose. I called and complained and was told that that was the color I chose, if I wanted to change it it would be an additional 30% onto of the original quoted price. So nearly ***** more to fix the color. I was also told that it was not their fault that the color may look differnt in the light and its not their responsibility to discuss that, and it was my responsibility to ask for samples to be painted to the house first. The example I was given by the staff as to why this was was if I got my hair dyed, it would look differnt in the light and shade, the paint was the same way. The original color I chose was brown for my house and I ended up with a pink house instead. They have argued that is what the brown i chose really is. They told me that's why they have a policy so if people are unhappy, they can charge you. I did ask for a copy of the contract that states this policy. I have not recieved it. The swatches were deceptive and incorrect. I've attached photo disc***ancies of the color.

    I have yet to receive the pictures from this customer. She answered one of my calls but has not responded to calls or texts since then. We want to work with her as best we can but need her cooperation. As stated before she was shown samples and signed off agreeing to them. The form she signed off on states there will be a 30% charge if she changes the color after the sign off date. She is wanting to change the color now that the work is done. I attached that form previously to the email sent to ******** and also our completion survey that she signed stating that she is not happy with the color she picked. I did receive authorization to take $3000 off of the 30% leaving her to pay $7,000 to have her entire home re-texcoted in a different color. We will absorb the difference but again I am still awaiting her to reach back out to me. I have left her with my office line, cell phone and email.

    your in the market for getting ac and furnace replacement look elsewhere these guys will not finish project on time and will not give you what was promised in quote also the work will not be professionally finished I had my furnace and ** unit replace as well as added additional drops for my ** and so far it being a new unit already makes exploding noise when furnace is running and smells like gas when the noises made and the home doesn't even get warm with it on nor does it get cold when I have the ** on it has only been a few months and already giving us problems second they left trash and a big mess at my home I had to clean it up myself left fingerprints all over my walls and gave me attitude when asked when will they be finished could never get a straight answer considering that this cost me $16,000 and it didn't even work properly is ridiculous this company should be ashamed of themselves will be having the work inspected by a third party inspector to see if it is up to code and how much it will cost to fix correctly and get my ac and furnace working properly

    Hello, this customer reached our office on 1/16 and spoke to our representative with the complaint that their heating has not worked since the installation. A service was scheduled for the following day on 1/17. Our service technician adjusted the gas pressure and all seemed to be working well upon his departure. We left a voicemail for the customer on 1/18 to follow up on the service preformed and have not had a response since. We will continue to work with this customer and all customers with any issues.
