  We had a great experience with Alpha Enviro Tech. Their crew replaced nearly 30 windows in a single day, which was incredibly impressive. The crew was efficient, professional, and respectful of our space.We ordered all retrofit windows and a sliding glass door. During installation, we realized that the retrofit slider height was too short for our tall family, but the team was very responsive and helpful when we brought it up. We were able to do a change order same day for a new construction slider. The new slider was fabricated and installed in just over a month.Throughout the process, their communication was excellent. We always knew what to expect and when. Overall, were very happy with both the product and the service, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering new windows.

  Alpha Enviro Tech Marketing Manager (****) provided us with honest answers to our questions and did not "pressure" us into making quick decisions about replacing our HVAC unit with a heat pump. All appointments were kept as scheduled. The lead installer (****) paid attention to every detail, especially when connecting the new controls/system to our older controls. Although a couple of minor "hiccups" occurred during the installation, ****** response time was "immediate". He responded quickly to our calls and/or texts even when these were outside normal business hours. The office staff were very friendly and made sure our needs were met.

  Step 1. Salesman presentation of window options with demonstrations of options. I chose the windows that keep the outside heat from penetrating the house Step 2. Installation and explanation. The installation went quickly for removal of previous windows and installation of the new 6 windows along with detailed explanation how to operate the windows. Perfectly done by the subcontractor.

  Our windows were installed quickly and professionally. The quality is absolutely wonderful. We feel the difference! Thank you for making my home even more comfortable and beautiful! We appreciate this company very much! From the sales team to the installers, we were very happy!

  Thank you for your service. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and the whole team that did the job was awesome. Everyone worked hard, fast and was very friendly. They did a great job at cleaning up as well. Please thank each and every person involved. Our roof and gutters look fantastic!!

  This company is is trustworthy. From the beginning of the process to the end of the project. They came in and removed my old existing roof within 2 to 3 hours. Cleaned up to prepare for the new roof, and completed the project in 4 days ??! The price that was quoted did not change. They went over and above my expectations! I highly recommend this company and will use again for other home projects. Thank you Alpha Enviro!

  I hired Alpha Enviro Tech to reroof my home, remove and reinstall solar panels and to reinsulate my attic, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Their installation was riddled with serious issues:They failed to vent one of the bathroom exhaust fans, leaving it abandoned in the attic space. An unacceptable oversight that could lead to moisture and mold problems.Gutter guards were screwed directly into the torch-down roofing, creating multiple potential failure points for leaks.The shingles at the front of the house overhang the gutters by about 3 inches. It is completely unprofessional and would cause water to overshoot the gutters during heavy rain.Most concerning of all, they were contracted to install ***** Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles, but instead installed a different, inferior brand and model without informing me.When I raised these concerns, the response from **** at Alpha Enviro Tech was dismissive and condescending. Rather than take accountability, they chose to gaslight me, insisting there was nothing wrong even when presented with clear evidence.This companys lack of integrity, poor craftsmanship, and refusal to stand behind their work makes it impossible for me to recommend them.Proceed with caution if you're considering hiring them.

  The process was easy to follow and the team was very responsive. We've been wanting to replace all our original 1980s windows and moved foward with the team because of the level of quality we knew we were getting. From the initial consult through follow up post installation, the team was engaged each step of the way and open to answering all of the questions - technical installation questions and general day of coordination. I highly recommended!A little over of month into the the installation and a few days of 90+ degree weather, we feel such a difference when sitting by our bay window. We used to avoid that area on hot days and now just as cool as the rest of the room.
