There were other services I don't dispute, only these 5 years of services I paid for domain registration ($499 1/10/24 will remain in effect for the 5 year period.) and web hosting SSL cert ($1,806 2/27/24) of which I have only benefited 1 year of the service. ***** ****** was the developer I had been working with and it is my understanding that he is no longer with the company. The new developer, *** told me that when he texted me after I made contact with the company on 1/20/25 and twice on 2/28/25 that my domain registration had expired after only a year. I had to prove to him with a copy of an email from ***** on 12/26/23 that I paid for 5 years for all the services. He said no it was only a year, my site and company emails were disabled. As of today they are still disabled. I haven't been able to use the site much because the shipping has not been integrated and the emails can't be accessed to look for sales. ***** had quoted me ($699) to accomplish. I wanted **** click and ship which was free also, but ***** recommended XPS Shipping and it has free integration. (BlueHost-division of WordPress, the site is built from.) says it should not be that, and their domain renewals for a dedicated site is $22, which was also where I thought the site was listed, but it is not. Blue Host has quote me $149.99 for migration. I will be moving to BlueHost.$268.20 Choice Plus Hosting 3 yrs $165.00 ******************** for modifications I've made many attempts to get my credentials for all the aspects (plugins) of the site, but only received the site itself and the emails (emails don't work).I want all the names of the plugin registrations and credentials.I filed a claim with Capitol One for $1,444 for 4 years of the Hosting and SSL/Cert. Claim #*************** and I expect it to be honored. I know I need advertising and *** offered, but things still don't work. Because again, I feel like I'm being extorted to make it work. I can't recommend Logo 360 for small business.

Business seemed legitimate but after paying the only thing I received was a phone call confirming that I paid for this service. Probably to prevent a charge back.Everytime you are expecting a finished product or to be able to use what you paid you you are bombarded with another give expense that's, of course, not because of logo 360 but because of the government etc. This *** wants $1200 to file for a copyright, trademark etc, something I can do myself and not need to pay them an extra $150 to do so. I just don't think I'd see anything come from it. I only needed them to design a logo and sent it back for a few variations. Everytime I get the run around and super long conversation about filing with him or someone will steal my business name. They Claim there is a team of different artists but everything seemed to be done on ******Also tried to sell me a website for $2500 for a basic few pages...I don't trust this company. Everything in me screams scam. I only ever talked to one *** but he mentions other names etc.

They were supposed to build a website on the *** platform and teach me how to manage it. They talked me into letting them host it instead of using ***. The will not give me access to the website, handcuffing me to stay with them. They do not respond to for days on in. I have repeatedly asked for access or directions to access my ***************** they created and ******** accounts. They keep making excuses why I can not get. My website links do not work, I have asked multiple times to fix it. They try to get me to pay an additional to publish my company name after applying for th trademark. The ********************* says there is nothing for them to do until after they review it in 8 months. Yet they are still trying to get me to pay for a scam.I want ownership of what is mine and not to be handcuffed by this scam company.

In 2023, I began the process of designing a logo for my business. *********** 360 offered a design for $35 with guaranteed satisfaction. They designed the logo options, I opted not to use them and confirmed no plans to move forward requesting a refund. They confirmed I would receive a refund after calling me a minimum of three times per day, reaching out via email and text at all hours to try to regain business. I asked multiple times to not be further contacted. The emails are still continuing, as well as phone calls and text messages, almost one year later. Not as frequent, but in the past week Ive been contacted by 3 people. No refund has ever been received and they will not stop contacting me.

In April this year I engaged their services for a logo and website. I was told I could watch progress on line. Then I began receiving emails and texts for information. I was advised I needed to Trademark my logo so I agreed on April 25. On May 3rd I completed a form with information for my website and referred to my current site for layout. As they were building it they told me they would need to create a custom backend to make revisions, another cost and this was never explained in the beginning. On May 26 I am filling out another form. I had sent them photos, content and links and they had only added a fraction of it. Then in August they send me a link to complete myself or I could take their maintenance agreement, another cost. They promised to complete it and make all updates. Then they tried to upswell me again. This time I said no until my site was up, all content loaded and corrections made. They promised it would be done in 24 hours. I am still waiting and something that was to take 60 days is still not done.

My company initially engaged LogoDesign360 on September 6, 2023, to design a new logo for my company at the advertised fee of $35. I paid this fee but subsequently received a phone call from Mr. ********************** the Head of Operations, informing me that additional service options were available if I upgraded my package for an additional fee of $55. He also made multiple attempts to pressure me into agreeing to a website redesign for an additional cost, each of which I refused. After agreeing to pay the additional $55, I confirmed with **************** that there would be no further costs, and he assured me that the total provided included everything.Following this, I was assigned to ********************************* for the logo design. ************************* too, attempted to sell a website redesign package multiple times, but I clarified that we were a small company without the budget for such services at that time. I also inquired about any additional fees, and he assured me there were none. After several iterations of the design process, we approved a logo and informed ************************ accordingly. It was at this point that ************************ disclosed an additional $400 fee to transfer the rights to the logo to our company a fee never discussed or mentioned previously. He also pressed us again for a website redesign, bundling it with the transfer fee of $500.We feel that the imposition of undisclosed fees and the withholding of our completed and paid-for logo until we comply are against fair trade practices. We believe that LogoDesign360 should be investigated for such behavior, as this could be indicative of predatory and unfair trade practices potentially impacting multiple victims.
