    *Scam Alert* I received an email and several calls stating that the ******************************** had received an application for trademark registration from a third party for the exact same business name I am using. They said immediate action was necessary otherwise the other party would be granted full legal ownership of the name, allowing them to prohibit your use of it. They wanted me to file with then for $300. This email was followed by several calls from a man named ****** ***** who would not stop harrassing me about the urgency of the matter. When I asked him for confirmation from the government agency he put me in touch with a fake lawyer from the company who would not supply me with the information. I filed a complaint with the BBB.

    Scam of a business, continue to keep trying to charge you for services they offer but lack to tell you need or could possibly run into as you purchase their package deals from them to design your website, they will tell you, you will have a live and running website, then try charging you for a web domain, then once youre ready to launch your website after the endless tiring frustration of a process of designing it with their team and I personally think its all one guy using all fake names like ******************* ******, theyll then try charging some insane amount additionally for a hosting service that they also forgot to tell you, youll need. So you basically get to a point where you spent so much, but its absolutely worthless and in their hands unless you purchase the next thing they tell you. Finallyyyy after battling through all of that with them and swearing I would never use them again once my one year runs out, they try contacting me saying my website is not safe and has a lot of activity and is at risk on the back end I dont even know what that means but I basically told them Im not giving them another cent out of my pocket, after that crickets. Didnt hear from them. Until today i just so happened to go check my website because i have gotten ZERO inquires or contacts or anything from the website, I found the web link wasnt even working and i was getting a server cant be found message, so I contacted ****** asking if he can resolve the issue, and then **** asked if he can call me, and he insist he knows what the issue is, and that the server ran out of space and hes understands my frustration but for a small fee of $110.00 he can add storage space for me and get it back up and running. I am now taking this to the BBB, and my following step if nothing comes of this will be an Attorney as I have spent thousands already and just continue to be scammed by this logodesign360 company.
