    If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 2 carbon fiber rims back on 7APR22 we received 1 rim with a piece of paper saying the other was on back order. Then the company said they shipped it. We never received a shipping confirmation. Then they said mail carrier company lost it and were dealing with them or the mail carrier delivered the item. Either way after going back and forth for almost 2 years we still never received the rim or our money back. **** said he was going to look into the issue on 7NOV23 and I have not heard back from him. These rims are not cheap and am so disappointed in this company and lack of customer service. In fact **** said he would look into the issue multiple times and he never gets back to us with his solution. Its always us contacting him. Never once did he come back and say here is a refund or your rim will be shipped on this day. Nothing its always Im looking into the issue. And no follow up.
