      I spoke to **** the owner of the company, sent pictures of the 3 hub caps from a 1956 ******* my dad wanted to sell. I emailed pictures to **** and he agreed on a price of $900..00. He said he would mail the ************ label because it would be cheaper coming from his company, and we wouldsplit the cost of shipping. He was paying us by check because he didnt have pay pal or Zelle. We shipped the package on 4-8-25. He sent me the check I deposited on 4-14-25, and it was returned insufficient funds from the bank the next day. I called and emailed **** he told me he stopped the check the hub caps were damaged. If I want them back I have to pay shipping for them to go to him and returned to myself. It all is a scam he has the hub caps, and can claim the insurance from *** and get to keep the $900.00 that was the agreed price. I wonder if he does this to everyone.

      When we received the 3-hub caps they were not the same as the photos previously received. They were damaged and not usable. We immediately advised seller and stopped payment of the check as we assumed this was a scammer. Seller must file a claim with ***. We doubt they will honor it as the package didnt show any signs of damage. Were happy to return them as long as we recover all our shipping costs. Once we receive approval and payment we will forward the caps we received.

      I purchased 4 car motors for a classic car and 6 small fastener clips thru their web site. I did get the 4 motors but did not get the 6 clips. When i called them to see if they would be mailed separately or to get an update on them, they told me that they were sent and they had a picture of them in the box. I told them that I checked the box carefully and they were not there. I asked them if they could send me the picture because they said that they taped them to the box. He told me that in 2-4 days he will send the picture. The picture never came. when I reached back out, First he said that I must have lost them, then he told me to send them a picture, and that they were not going to send me proof. I kindly asked him to put himself in my shoes. I said that it could have been human error or anything could have happened. He said he didn't care and I asked for a Manager or customer service. The man said no and its not their problem its my problem. The clips are not expensive and like $18 dollars. I have paid for an item, not received it, told to screw off and that it was my problem. I was not looking for a refund, I told the guy to show me the picture or send me the item. he said that they would not and shipping would cost to much unless i pay again. I will not pay again i just want them to send me what I purchased in good condition and not mysteriously broken.

      These are the documents pertaining to the complaint. As you can see what the phone recording states below. What he mentioned was fabricated.

       

      Mr. ****** ******,

      After reviewing the recording phone call last week between you and I, you mentioned the clips were not received. The recording states the following:

       

      “I contacted the warehouse and 2-employees verified the clips were taped to one of the boxes. I requested you send us photos of the boxes. You refused to send them, probably due to the fact that you or your mechanic threw the boxes away”.

       

      I then mentioned we can view the automatic camera above our shipping department which would show what was in the box. I mentioned this would take a few days as one would have to view the video/photos taken at the time the items were packed.

      After spending considerable time, we located the photos (Enclosed Above) and it clearly shows the clips were attached as previously mentioned.

       

      Don’t blame us for your error. We are the honest ones. This has been sent to the appropriate parties.
