      Buyer Beware , they send bad parts then blame you and or your mechanic for installing it wrong. Their guarantee protects them not you or your parts. Their guarantee is "double speak " their parts are undependable and if you call, the person that answers the phone is judgmental defensive and rude . The only thing guaranteed out of this company is disappointment and anger towards you . I concluded from my experience with them is that they truly hate their customers . Run as fast as you can away from this company

      I called in looking for a part and spoke with **** we spoke about having the part for my ***************************** I was told by **** that it would be a specific amount that included shipping, but after reviewing my account the amount charged was not what I was quoted. I am ****** to say the least, I called to speak with **** and he tells me he never said that... I don't know how old **** is but something is not right here. Then he gets mad and says to me that all incoming calls are recorded. I said perfect then go back and listen to the call, I gave him the day and exact time that we had spoken. He then gets so angry and tells me that if he had said that on the call that he would give me all my money back and that I could keep the part for free..... well guess what he never called me back.. surprised not at all and apparently he's never there when I call. This is not the way you do business. I'm extremely upset ??
