    HOA has not done any repairs for heater that has been broken for years in my unit, it is freezing and space heaters are costing a lot in utility bills. Parking lot is in need of repair. Drains are in need of major repair and have caused thousands of dollars damage to my unit. Mark IV does not respond to phone calls, does not return calls after voice mails are left, has no email addresses that can receive a reply email, all emails are do not reply from Mark IV, they have taken unauthorized funds from my bank account in the amount of $2430 for Termite work that I already paid to them by check they cashed. Very negligent company with no integrity. They do not maintain the building we pay them to manage and they make sure we can not communicate with them

    We hired Mark IV to manage our home property for the 2022 year. From the beginning we had problems, they mis handled the cost of the propane to our tenant and did not charge him for it. Instead they covered the cost since they messed it up. When the tenant asked about a lock that needed fixing they suggested and changed all of the locks on the entire house without asking us about the process and then handed us a bill for $1000 to pay which we did not end up paying because they did not clear it with us prior. Throughout the entire time that the tenant was in the house he asked for for help with various things to which Mark IV never responded or acknowledged his complaint. Each time he needed something he asked me and I was the one to address and fix it. When I asked for the keys to my own house I had to ask three times before they finally sent them in the mail to me and when they did it ended up being the wrong key so I still do not have keys to my own property. This company also manages an HOA for another property of ours and has not had an HOA meeting since 2018 citing that it is too difficult to get five people together for a meeting. I do not believe they deserve any money for managing my property as they did not manage it and they should not be collecting an HOA fee for they have not been actively working as an HOA for five years.
