  **************** came to our neighborhood about 2 weeks ago. We live in ********* on ********** Drive.He did an excellent job and the addresses look great !!!

  ********************* is a *** **** he seems to be in a ***** ******* when hes around the public maybe he should find another job where he doesnt have to interact with people since he claims to have anxiety as he went on a tirade as my mother simply walked by as we were outside putting up our Christmas lights. He said in a raised rude mannered voice Dont you stand so close to me i got anxiety I cant do my job when people hover over me ! Dont hire this *** *** very unprofessional and clearly needs some ****** ****** ****.

  I apologize for upsetting a customer. it appears that people are upset in this world no matter what business a person is in. as the facts weren't stated correctly by this person i however still need to show respect which i really felt i did. i truly only want happy customers and i don't ask my happy customers to give me a solid review. maybe i will soon. until then i wish this person and any customer the best and plan do do my job professionally.

  Absolutely appalling. The process. The service. The interaction. All of it. No explanation on how money would be collected. Later that day - proceeded to BANG on our front door several times with someone yelling out IM HERE TO COLLECT! multiple times. No further detail. Absolutely terrifying. Later to receive a phone call and indicate their sketchy process of leaving money under our doormat only to have someone come late into the night to retrieve it. I am now scared for my families security. This is not a business but a scam and a joke. Wouldve left ZERO stars if it allowed.

  ***************** the least you could have done was be honest about your experience and not lie. now i will set the record straight as i just saw your review. Knocking on a screen door yes screen door as i remember your house is not banging on it. announcing who i am is proper etiquette so as you no who is at your door. i do recall asking if i could collect my payment early in the morning not late at night which you weren't willing to do is leave me the payment in the morning and me leave a receipt. i go to sleep by 9 PM and get up by 5 AM. how could i come to your or anyone's house late at night. i do agree i wouldn't want someone at mine at them hours. next time just say your not happy with my service and that would have been telling the truth if that was the case.

  Found a flier taped to my door. The business name is nowhere to be seen. I was only able to find out by googling the owner’s name as it was on the flier. In the complaint filed with the BBB, he stated this is not solicitation, but it clearly is since he is literally soliciting business and charging for his services. I find this to be very shady and intrusive. He needs to do better and be more transparent.

  my business is not shady in any way. there is a name and a phone number on the flyer. also it is not soliciting as i don't knock on doors asking for them to use my service. it is simply advertising as any other business such as house cleaners, gardeners, and others do. it's a shame when someone has nothing better to do then harass an honest business person like myself that provides a service that many people want.
