    Security deposit-refusing to return. I lived at the Springs for a year. Paid my rent on time. My lease ended & I went to a month to month tendency. I moved out relinquished keys. It’s been 30 days. Spoke to GSF properties who own the apartments. They are keeping my deposit & charging me next month rent claiming I didn’t give a written not. I did speak with 3 agents in their leasing office that I wanna 1 BR. I was told there was 1 available and Laura said your are giving your notice. I said yes. This was March 1 23’. She did not offer any paperwork to sign. Lease agreement detoafyer 21 days that remaining deposit will be returned. They refused.
