  The two servicemen Israel and his coworker Roberto were very professional with the water damage with ceiling in kitchen. I highly recommend Service Master at Bakersfield for water mitigation. The service that was done was thoroughly explained step by step everyday they showed up. I would like to thank Service Master at Bakersfield for a job well done

  Service Master was amazing. Israel was the best. He went above and beyond. He was very professional, meticulous and kind. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work to be done at their home or business.

  ServMaster teams responded quickly and professionally to the water damage in my home. Israel and Julio were both very professional and personable as they worked clearing out the water damage and drying out the area. Israel as the team lead was concerned about the water damaged area being absolutely dry before removing any drying equipment. Israel and Julio were both considerate and thoughtful as I went through this process. Totally happy with the quick response to the water damage issue. Not a pleasant situation to go through but Israel kept reassuring me that all would be well -- eventually. And, it will. Very happy with all the responses and employees from ServMaster in Bakersfield.

  At times life will throw you a curve ball, when these events occur it can be a daunting task to try and sort out what steps need to be taken on the path to fixing the events the curve ball has thrown that caused destruction. Recently I was thrown one of these destruction curve balls with my business and as a result had water damage. Service Master was contracted through my insurance carrier to handle the mitigation process. If you have never dealt with trying to clean up water damage, it is not a task one should take on without knowing what to do to handle the situation. I was lucky enough to have Isreal and Julio (I think that was his name) work on my water damage. While this process resulted in the business being shut down so that the work could be performed, they handled each step of the process carefully and diligently and followed the paths the water had taken to cause havoc in a very large area of the business. Each day that they were in the business doing work, they were very aware of the need to keep everything as clean as possible. The steps that these gentlemen took have now put is in a position allowing us to put our walls, cabinets and counters back together. Having to deal with water damage is not anything I would wish on anyone else, but in the event you find yourself in need of work to dry up and remove damaged walls, cabinets and counters Service Master would be able to fit your needs.
