    I started working with Docuprep back in 2017. They had a repayment program to help me with my student loans. If I made payments for a certain number of years, even if my payment was $0 because of income amount, then after the predetermined number of years, the remaining balance on my loan would be cleared. I paid them a monthly fee for their services, and through about 2019 everything seemed ok. After ************************************************************* contact with anyone. I noticed in 2020, that their monthly fee wasn't coming out of my account anymore. I have not been able to get in contact with them recently and am now realizing that whole thing was a scam. I thought I only had 3 years to go until my loans would be cleared. This is devastating to find out that all along I wasn't working towards that.

    United docu prep for as suppose to be helping me with my student loan and been charging me monthly before Covid and I paid $150-200 about 6-8 months ago after they contacted me saying even student loan is in hold and to be in the program I still have to make monthly payments. So I paid whatever my balance had accumulated to. Now I have to start paying my student loan again and I cant get a hold of anyone from that company. I just need my money back and would like people to know that this compass a fraud. Thank you ***************************

    I was contacted by United Docu Prep as a source of support for my student loans back in late 2017. They told me they can help lower my monthly payments with the department of education and file that I would be eligible for some programs they offered to help reduce the amount and the time I would owe the education department. They charged me a fee of 42.50 every month for a couple of years. My Client ID was: *********, they also accessed my social security #, my online password for the education department, pretty much all information needed based on my student loans, they "filed" forms for me, they sent me letters based on this repayemet program and they viewed my personal loan nformation on my "behalf", they told me that I was in good standing as far as my loans repayment program with no accumulated interest as long as I followed through with them and they were the link to my student loan repayment program. Most recently they were charging me more money because there was a lapse due to a change of payment info on my part that I had not changed with them - at that time I wasn't able to reach them for a bit but then did and they stated they were going to back charged me, they wrote out a new contract and sent it to me which I signed and completed - after a few months they stopped communication again and no more charges took place, since then I have been trying to reach them until I saw the other complaints put in by others they scammed.

    I entered into a 9-page written agreement with United Docu Prep on October 27, 2020 after being referred by a colleague (who is now deceased). This colleague had been using United Docu Prep for loan rehabilitation and because I was newly disabled, I was desperately in need of help. I contacted them and they stated they could take over my loan if I paid a total of $900 in six monthly payments beginning November 10, 2020 through April 10, 2021, then a total of $19 per month following. I continued to make all of these payments and attended to reach this company in February as I noticed the payments were no longer coming out of my account and the phone number for the company is no longer working. I’m addition, I searched the business address and confirmed the business left their location in California.

    I’m not only out a lot of money, I’m back at square one with my loan.

    I contacted a company who filed suit against other California companies who did the same thing to student loan consumers and have had no luck getting United Docu Prep added to the class action lawsuit yet.

    I was contacted by this company for student loan forgiveness. I was told i only had to pay 6,000 it may be more than that the paper work dosent say but i was to pay 66.67 a month starting september 17 2021 until august 20, 2022. Which i paid then after that i paid a couple of payments for 29.00 a month. When i sent a message to them about my payments and was this a scam the payments stopped. The number on the website doesnt work. I just want my money back if this is a scam. Please help me. Thank you

    I have been with this company since 5/21/19 when I signed up with ***** ******. Recently I was contacted by ****** ********* and *********** ****** about my account. I gave ****** a date that I would make a payment to bring current and never heard back from him. I have sent emails, text, left voicemails and get no response. I try to call the number on the website and it is not working. I’d like for someone to return my call so I can get this resolved.
