    I have been with United docu prep since 5/2017 as I needed assistance with a pslf. During my time with them I spoke to A**** M***, A***l S******, A**** Q*****, D**** H****, C**** G*****, K***** C****a, L* M*****a, Al**** Da********d, Am***r Go******. I was being charged $19 a month and up until early 2020 I was in contact with a representative. I have called every number I was ever given and have sent emails but have not received any response. I need help getting my money back so I can ensure my pslf with my loaner is not affected. please help me

    Company took hundreds from me and now I can’t get ahold of them.. all emails are returned u delivered and even the main number does not work. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THEM!!

    I have tried every phone number that I was given by different people I have talked to from here. All no longer in service! They were taking money from my account up til Nov this yr? I signed up to do student forgiveness. On all the paperwork I was from them they said were BBB accredited. I HAVE PAID 1251 dollars SO FAR. IS THIS NOW ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY? AT THIS POINT I WOULDNT GIVE ANY STARS!!!!!

    The Representative did not tell me this was a separate payment from my student loans . I could not afford this and have asked them twice to cancel. They keep withdrawing money from my bank account
