      I am experiencing the same dilemma as Rebecca C. I will be filing a formal BBB complaint shortly. They make promises they do not deliver on. My panels were installed back in November of 2022 and did not get my permission to operate (PTO) until August 2023. All because they failed initial inspection and messed up my application paperwork 3 times which SCE kept kicking back for missing docs. Now they like to not respond and make empty promises. Unbelievable. Should've went with Tesla.

      This business needs to be investigated. They are scamming people. In my project alone (solar and new windows) 4 different construction/project managers were in charge of my job. All are no longer apart of the company. They either left or were fired. The current one, Nick, is now non-responsive to me. This has been a nightmare for me and my family. My windows took over 6months to be ordered. Then when they finally arrived they were the wrong size. We settled for them because we couldn't be left without windows for another month. Mind you they were installed by a 3rd party company who I did all the coordination with because the project manager at the time completely failed on our project and Heritage kept double our money. And the 3rd party company wasn't receiving payment. They were calling me and I received a 20 day California Lein notice. However, they had our money and our windows were already removed so we couldn't pull out at this point. Our hands were tied. They also did not get a permit for my windows. In our county retrofit windows require a permit. Heritage argues it does not, which is completely wrong. They should not have a construction license. They have it under their CEO, Klay. Klay, your will have your license removed. Trust me. You have no business having a license. You are ruining working class families like mine. We work hard for our money and for you to never answer my calls or emails as the CEO to make things right and now I assume you have given the permission for your office to ignore my calls is very unprofessional and cowardly. BBB needs to investigate this business. This CEO was out of the country and on vacation all while my simple solar and windows install took over 8 months to "finish", without a permit. And I have heard I am not the only one they have done this to. Investigate ASAP and take away their 5-star rating. You are only allowing others to be scammed.

Their representative Kathy ****** does an excellent job, she is responsible, knowledgeable, punctual, reliable, courteous and friendly. I have always been completely satisfied with her performance.
