      had a fantastic experience with Monarch Home Services! I called them for routine maintenance on my AC unit, and from start to finish, everything was seamless. The call center was incredibly helpful and easy to work with, and the technician who came out was professional, friendly, and efficient. They completed the service quickly and with a smile, which made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend Monarch Home Services for anyone in need of HVAC work—they’re top-notch!

      I just had my services completed from Monarch. Here are a couple of things that I loved - 1. The call center had amazing reps. They were understanding and listened to my concerns. One of the reps was able to offer me a credit due to having to get me rescheduled 2 The supervisor listened to my concerns and was able to offer me a great deal with new duct work and a unit. It had the best warranty and membership and it was affordable. I was able to pay cash for it that’s how affordable it was Where they need improvement - reschedules. I understand they are getting swamped but maybe have a process in place for the reschedules. It’s not too bad but I can see how that can annoy someone.

      This was one of the best services. Monarch informed me they are under new management and you can honestly tell that they are under a different management. Their call center rep handled me with care and urgency, their techs gave me the best and affordable prices and it didn’t feel like a sales meeting. Thank you for fixing my unit!

      Just had my AC tuned up and I couldnt be happier with the service! The technician arrived right on time, was super professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He made sure everything was running efficiently. My house is already feeling cooler, and I feel a lot better knowing my systems ready for the summer. Highly recommend!

      This company is a COMPLETE SCAM. Here's their game....1. Lure you in with a promotional offer (mine was $59 to come check our AC unit and ducts).2. 1st guy comes and attempts to build trust right at the outset of a visit by shaking your hand then immediately showing you pictures they're taking of your unit.3. 1st guy comes back 30 minutes later and says "It's bad" and "I'll call my boss to come verify my work." The call is on speaker phone so I can hear. It absolutely sounds rehearsed. 4. 2nd guy comes (the ****** of the first). He checks things out, takes more pictures. Attempts to build more trust. Attempts to confuse YOU with HVAC speak you've never heard of. THEY are the "experts" after all. Mentions my WHOLE entire system in my house is jacked. They recommend redoing the whole shebang for $41,000. However, they DO have various "packages" available for me to consider. Oh, and financing is available (even though I said I do NOT do financing....this was pushed).5. EVENTUALLY (we're talking 5 hours since the start of this charade, the 2ND ****** guy calls HIS boss and puts him on speaker phone so you can hear). The call sounds completely rehearsed once again. GET THIS. If I agree for them to come on out TOMORROW to begin working on this whole charade, they'll CUT ME A DEAL. But if I do NOT act fast, I'll blow my supposed chance of saving about 5k (from 41k to 36k). What a MORON I'd be to refuse such an offer!!! Why won't I do it?!?!?Be warned. It's all a charade. A scam run by clowns. Report to the authorities and your local news stations.

      These guys are BAAAADDD! Cannot make them leave me alone. Ripped me off 4 years ago and still plague me. I threaten to go to small claims court and they go way for a while. DO NOT do business w them!!!

      Complete scam. They forced us into an emergency decision. If we don't get this fixed our home will burn down. Do it now and we will give you 3,000 off. Just to partially repair the unit with some duct replacement and 1 intake vent. They lied to us, and our cheapest loan for this rushed emergency repair ended up being 23,000 15 year LOAN!!! we are filling a suit and will not pay!
