      This company is full of **** and they have scripted sales scare tactics to lure customers into purchasing $30k duct packages on average! Do yourself a HUGE favor and read my review on ****** by **** **!

      Just had someone come and look at my A/C for a routine check up and my neighborhood FB page recommended Monarch. The tech was there for 3 hours and came down and gave a spiel about how my 5 year old A/C unit is bad and the entire ducting needs replacing which Will cost around 20k. I said I am going to get a second opinion as well as contact the city inspector since this is a practically brand new home and would be covered under warranty if the ducting was done incorrectly. The city inspector looked at the photos provided from the tech at Monarch and said everything was fine. Mind you this whole inspection costs around 400 dollars. We called another company and they will be out for an inspection for only 97. This is clearly a scummy company trying to scam folks out of a lot of money.

      had a fantastic experience with Monarch Home Services! I called them for routine maintenance on my AC unit, and from start to finish, everything was seamless. The call center was incredibly helpful and easy to work with, and the technician who came out was professional, friendly, and efficient. They completed the service quickly and with a smile, which made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend Monarch Home Services for anyone in need of HVAC work—they’re top-notch!

      I just had my services completed from Monarch. Here are a couple of things that I loved -
      1. The call center had amazing reps. They were understanding and listened to my concerns. One of the reps was able to offer me a credit due to having to get me rescheduled
      2 The supervisor listened to my concerns and was able to offer me a great deal with new duct work and a unit. It had the best warranty and membership and it was affordable. I was able to pay cash for it that’s how affordable it was
      Where they need improvement - reschedules. I understand they are getting swamped but maybe have a process in place for the reschedules. It’s not too bad but I can see how that can annoy someone.
