      Order a bunch of the packages from the kept saying my packages were on its way *** never got them, then said I was gonna get a refund and never did. Then stoped respond to my emails and havent herd form them since. Ordered like 500 dollars from them and never got any at all

      I was told I would receive refund I assumed I did I never did the company is terrible I placed order canceled 4 months later never received anything they scam everyone from what I understand

      I ordered two boxes from wibargain on 08/01/2021. I received one box of broken yard sprinklers and a broken garage door opener!! The other box of health and beauty never came. I reached out to them multiple times with many emails exchanged. Always saying they have “processed” the refund and waiting on the billing department to process it. I paid them $152.00. I emailed them multiple times over the months and last emails have had no response.

      Purchased two boxes of product from the company and never received them. Contacted the company numerous times with no refund or product being sent.

      I placed an order in December 2021 and I never received it. I keep tracking the package and emailing the company still no reply. The tracking shows label created 12-20-2021 and nothing else since then. This company has since then changed the website and you can no longer access it. I never received the package or my refund. I just want my refund they stole my money.

      $128,00 for 2 packages.
      Product never received. After 6 months of going back and forth, they said I have to contact billing department for a refund and it’s out of their hands. I have tried calling billing department and sat on the phone for hours, with no one picking up. Sometimes it would say I’m in a que and they would call back and sometimes it would just hang up on me. It must be a fake company.

      I purchased over $800 worth of products from this company and never received the items. I emailed, called and submit complaint online and has not received any response. They have changed their company name now. Their old site went down. This is a lot of money and I want a refund ASAP.

      I bought the box November 25th 2021 and was told it would arrive in 2 weeks. My order number was said to be 15***8 I paid 71.25$
      I constantly emailed and was told it was delayed but was about to arrive. each time it never showed and no refund was given. they eventually started ignoring all forms of contact. it has been so long that I cannot even view my orders location now. I want a refund to my NEW BANK asap. it isn't fair I spent this money as a gift and never got it.

      I ordered two boxes from this company on December 15, 2021 and haven’t received anything I’ve been emailing their “support” department for months and got no response except for spam emails about buying more boxes and I’ve also been trying to dispute it with my bank but again no help there the website seems to no longer exist and I didn’t wanna drive to the address that was on the website

      On 9/18/2021 I ordered an electronic wholesale box for $131.25 my order number is/was #14**17
      I recieved confirmation that it was submitted and paid for with the money leaving account
      After a fee Weeks had passed I contacted them about when it would ship and they kept telling me soon or within the week 2 months later I start really hounding them about it being shipped out they hit me with the same lines then I request a refund they reluctantly send me the link to fill one out I do it and submit it they then confirmed that it was submitted and I would recieve it then days turned into weeks and weeks into months and I still haven't recieved my money back despite contacting them once a week or so they kept saying that it was submitted and they were waiting for the finance department to approve it but as I sit right now I'm not sure if I was lied to or the money was sent to someone else either way I'm out that money and they haven't responded or held their end of the deal
