      I purchased 3 boxes of items from wii bargin. I was promised they would be sent 3 months went by. I wanted a refund they had me fill out a paper and i did they said my refund would be sent in 2 weeks, more months went by and i got nothing. They sent the box with was filled with broken items i told them i wanted to return and get a refund. It was false advertising. There was an automated response that they werent taking emails. I called and was put through a ring around. I never recieved my 3rd box. Theu owe me close to $400 for a refund. I called couldnt get through and when i did they said my refund was coming. Now i call and cant even get through. They stole my money and wont give it back. I want my $400 back. I canceled my bank account becausw i thought they would steal more money from me! This is ridiculous.

      This company called WiBargain stole my money for items they never sent me and they refused to refund me any money.

      I have a list of email sent to support requesting the money with no help.

      The last email I sent them I got a return email that the email address is not working. The company doesn’t show up on my instagram page any more. I have put many reviews on their page warning other on what they are doing which I think they might have blocked me.

      July 2021 I purchased an Amazon box from them and I never received it. They sent me a refund form to complete so I did it and sent it back. They said my refund should be processed in 7 to 14 business days. I never received my refund and still no Amazon box. I have emailed them several times and they said my bank has a hold of my refund or another person says it will be processed again in 7 to 14 days. It has been over 1 year now and still no refund. They stole my money. I just want my refund of $100 back.

      On 11/12/2021 I placed an order with this company for three boxes of merchandise to be delivered for Christmas. I used a Visa card and the money ($375) was deducted from my credit card. Order number was 4072330. I spoke and wrote the company on three occasions only to be told it was on the way. Well here it is August 2022 and still no boxes. Maybe they meant Christmas of 2022. Not likely. I am not sure if this is even a company and gets revenue from credit card fraud. Disappointing they robbed me and I’ll just take the loss.

      I order 3 boxes September 2021. I’ve emailed multiple times being told they are working hard to ship my order. To date I’ve received only 2 of the 3 boxes. Now as of writing this today I just sent another email. I went to go to the website and it is no longer available. I website has expired. This is completely ridiculous and I would like my money back for undelivered orders.

      I purchased an HBA beauty box from Wiibargan my order number was 133405. I had emailed them a few times and got a run around message saying it was on its way, well that was a year ago. Still have not received anything from them, no refund or product. Now they are unreachable.

      Order number #****** was confirmed in July 2021. Got a tracking number that never worked. Two weeks later I reach out to them to ask for a new tracking number and they said they were behind and they would bump my priority to 7 day. A few months after that, with still not received anything and the tracking number still not working, I reached out for a refund. Was told to fill out a form and than it would take up to a week for the refund. Even reached out to my CC provider to see if they could do a charge back. But since they said they are a legit business, I never saw a penny back for a refund or a charge back.
