    We had called to ask about pricing and reservations and they had shared their pricing was changing we ended up reserving a room paid a $75 deposit which would be utilized towards our purchase the day of the event. The day of the event they ended up Charging us and not utilizing the $75 deposit towards our bill. We asked for a refund of our deposit and the store employee shared they don’t do refunds but instead do store credit and apologized and stated, “ I’m sorry things around here change so much one day they tell us one thing and another another thing.” Today I called to utilize my credit and the operator notified me she would have to speak to the store manager to ensure the credit was there to proceed with my order, the operator confirmed my credit was there, however, when I got to the store the manager started questioning me as to who had given me the credit and started notifying me of their so called policy and She told me they don’t refund or utilize the deposit as a deposit that’s the actual price to rent the room and that it’s written in a folder and refunds are not provided for deposits and deposits are to reserve the room, I ended up canceling the order and called the phone center operator and asked for a manager and they transferred me back to her and when I asked for her name and her managers contact info and/or a corporate number she shared they are franchise and not corporate and she didn’t need to give me her name and she is the manager so I ended up calling the phone center operator and they gave me her name it’s “Connie.”
    To be honest I’m very disappointed at the way everything was handled. They literally had confirmed everything was good and had me drive all the way to the store to end up empty handed, confused and with a headache and all this could’ve been prevented and cleared up since the beginning when the operator first called the manager to confirm the credit was there. I don’t plan on spending another penny with them ever again.
