    Purchased modifications from 4 wheel parts with extreme warranty . 4 wheel parts sold location in my town new store refuses to honor warranty . Referred me to 4 wheel parts customer service. I've been waiting for over a year for 4 wheel parts to honor warranty and refund my money from purchase for incorrect parts and repairs. I purchased a lift lift for my 2022 ****** AT4/Denali T1 2500 HD 6.6l duramax 4wd in April ********************************************************************* April. The store manager apologized after several cancellations of my appointment due to the store claiming they received wrong lift, over scheduling and employee scheduling. When I went to the store in June I was told again that my appointment would need to be rescheduled . The store manager again apologized and said that would take care of me and asked me if there was anything else I might be interested in that they have at the store for my truck , I mentioned some lights on my headache rack would be nice he replied done ,! Said I still owed for warranty and labor on my lift on 6/09/2022. I paid the balance said owed and got new install date and was told I would need to by new wheels and tires because my stock one already 20s with 35s would not fit. I took my vehicle in July. They had my vehicle for three days . And wanted me to leave my vehicle there another week to put the new tires and rims on after seeing my final bill and the not lift installed and not having my parts they removed which I made sure they knew I wanted and not throw away my oem parts now thrown away I had my vehicle taken from location after the sales associate refused to remove lift refund my purchase do to wrong lift and seeing that they were not providing me what I had paid for. I contacted to the manager never received calls back and when I went in the store had a new name and was sold by 4wheel parts. And would not honor warranty out anything 4 wheel parts

    I would not recommend this place for anything. My brother spent ******* on a set of new tires with life time balancing, and road hazard. He took the vehicle in for a nail in tire, and balancing, they originally tried to charge him ***** which was supposed to be free, then they said oh my fault and took the charge off, on his way home he noticed his tire sensor's were off none of them were working, he took vehicle back talked to **** who advised he needed new sensors, which he did not they told him it would be ****** for new sensors. Talked to the manager ****/or *************** who told him they can't calibrate and he has to take it to the dealer. **** offered no resolution my brother took it to another place in Automall they did it right away for *****. He then went back to 4 Wheel Parts to try to get a resolution for the ***** that he spent. The Manager took no opportunity to try to correct the situation, he advised they don't give cash back that's it. My brother advised him to just make it right he advised sorry nothing I can do for you, no attempt at all to try to save a customer. If that's not bad enough he gets home parks his truck, and all the wheel weights are laying in the driveway, well tires for sure aren't balanced now. Now the dilemma is can he even trust them to take it back to get balanced again, they obviously aren't concerned about the quality of work only up selling, and definitely don't care about customer service..
