I caught these guys in a blatant lie. ** purchased tires for a 4 wheel drive vehicle I own, and with that, I purchased lifetime rebalance and replacement. I recently returned to have the tires rebalanced because they were a little bit off. What they told me was going to take an hour, ended up taking 3 hours only to have the vehicle even more out of balance. About a month later, I went back to have them make it right, they claimed they had a bad batch of wheel weights that weren't sticking properly to the inside of the wheels. This may or may not be true, but my tires were immediately out of balance as soon as I left this business. I suspect this was a claim they were making to cover up their shoddy work. When I took it back to have them fix it, they had my vehicle all day and called me to tell me my break rotors were warped. I knew this was false, because the brake rotors had hardly any miles on them and there was no sign of warpage. The manager even went so far as to have my rotor removed from my vehicle and installed on a brake lathe, then sent me a video of an alleged warped rorotor. However, you can see in the video the rotor is installed incorrectly on the lathe. The video is clear evidence they purposely mounted it incorrectly on the lathe. I knew they fabricated a story to try to put the onus on me and remove themthemselves from any liability to fix my vehicle. I told the manager to reassemble my vehicle and that I would come get it. I picked it up, signed for it and drove it home. Sure enough, there was an issue with my vehicle. When I inspected it myself, I found the emergency brake adjustment had come out. I don't know how it happened, but that was the problem and it wasnt like that when I left it.I removed the supposedly warped rotor and had a trusted mechanic put it on his brake lathe, showing It's straight as an arrow. Bad service is one thing, but when you fabricate a story to cover your own mistakes, it's completely unacceptable.
