      Memorial Day weekend 5/24/2024-05/27/2024, we arrived @2:15, check in was @2:30 our boat wasnt ready until 4:40. Our boat wouldnt reverse We couldnt contact them until the next morning once theyd open, they sent out a mechanic who said that they probably forgot to add hydraulic fluid, he added some and took off. The reverse is essentially the boats brakes this was such a hazard. We called them and they didnt send anyone. We were left that whole day without it working, we called again the next morning, they came and added more fluid and then left, after he left our boat wouldnt go forward. We were left drifting with no form of steering and our boat ended up getting pushed into an island with branches, rocks and debris. We waiting all day for the mechanic to come back and his way of fixing it was to a zip tie to what Im guessing was the steering mechanism of the boat. After he left our boat steering and reverse worked but then our Carbon Monoxide alarm went off we called the lady on the phone said that it was normal and that we should just crack the windows open. She said it was normal, it wouldnt turn off and she suggest to take out the batteries. We opted just to park the boat on an island for the rest of the weekend. On our last day we thought we would end the trip uneventful, unfortunately that was not the case, midday we started to smell a stench and then there was liquid coming out of the restrooms, the restrooms were flooded f**** were pretty sure it wasnt cleaned before our turn. Overall it was an awful experience and when we returned the boat Monday they refused to refund us any money, we paid a total of $2563 and we left a deposit of $3000 which was going to be used for gas. They said that we only called them twice and that was not enough to warrant our money back, when in fact we have call logs of several times throughout the weekend. We didnt get a refund and they still charged us gas, we got $2790 back from our deposit, $210 for gas.

      Date of trip was September 1-4th 2023 . We spent over **** all together When we got to the boat the starter on boat was out and had to wait for it to be replaced. The advertise they have a full refrigerator which we bought 100 of ******* worth of food for the weekend. Once on boat the refrigerator was not cold super hot. The maintenance guy came back and said no its working but brought us some ice and a chest. We waiting until next day and still never got cold do at this time our food went bad. We contacted resort to ask for another ice chest and ice they never returned our calls. As well as the top tube jetts did not work for hottube. We are still waiting to hear back I have called multiple times with no call back to speak with a manager.
