      Ring Central and their customer service makes it impossible to cancel onlineyou are required to call them, and even then, they make you jump through hoops. It feels like they have intentionally created a process to discourage cancellations.I am on a monthly plan, but after six months, they are now demanding that I pay for the entire year upfront. Even worse, theyve informed me that if I want to cancel six months from now, I need to set a reminder to do so, or Ill be charged again.This has been such a disappointing experience. Ive never left a BBB review before, but after dealing with this, Im honestly not surprised to see all the negative reviews here. Companies like this need to be held accountable for these practices.

      Extremely Disappointed with RingCentral - ************************* and Inflexible Policies Review: I recently had the misfortune of dealing with RingCentral's customer service after needing to close my business. It was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with any service provider. Not only did they fail to help me in any meaningful way, but they also had the audacity to try and squeeze more money out of me when I needed their understanding and support the most.Firstly, I called their customer service to inform them of my situation and inquire about terminating my account. They acknowledged that I was under contract and, instead of providing me with any reasonable solutions, offered an absurd flat rate to close my account. It felt like they were taking advantage of my circumstances and trying to profit off my ************* make matters worse, I decided to call back today to see if any progress had been made or if any notes had been left on my account. Unsurprisingly, there were NO NOTES documenting our previous conversation, leaving me right back where I ********** a result, I am now stuck continuing to pay for a service I no longer need for my closed business. Their complete lack of empathy, terrible communication, and inflexible policies have left me feeling helpless and frustrated. I strongly advise anyone considering RingCentral to steer clear and look for an alternative provider that genuinely cares about their customers and their needs.

      I am a customer service *** and my company switched from ********** Mitel phones to Ring Central. From a perfect system to a broken system. Constant problems with calls dropping, bad connections, and various brands of headsets not compatible. This is not a good company for a call center. We are using Ring ****** for company calls and their other platform Ring CX for customer service. We need both systems and they do not talk to each other. But both ring at the same time and nobody is on the CX line!

      I have been with RingCental for eight (8) years. They were great way back at the beginning. Don't know what happened but the service is extremely terrible today. Account managers change all the time. No one cares. The support system phone line these past few weeks disconnect and I can't get help. The chat box people are a complete joke and can't help. What happened to you guys? I have cancelled your services but you won't take my calls or return my emails. Totally terrible service. System won't let you cancel service without calling. But calling disconnects - scam! I guess like other comments, I will chargeback credit card charges for non-service. One star is too favorable but no star should be an option. Absolutely terrible service! Too many other providers that offer services at a fraction of this scheme.

      I've been a RingCentral costumer for several years and my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. Throughout my time with the, their customer service has been completely unresponsive. Despite numerous attempts to resolve issues, I rarely received replies. On top of that, they continued charging me monthly; for services that were either not provided or subpar. To make matters worse, they claimed that I returned phones in damaged condition, even though I ensure they were in perfect shape when sent back.
      This lack of support and unfair billing has caused my business significant inconvenience. Not only have I spent countless hours trying to resolve these issues, but it has also hurt my trust in their services. I reached out multiple times to RingCentral via phone and email, but my complaints were ignored. Their refusal to acknowledge the mistakes or assist in any meaningful way has been incredibly frustrating.
      In conclusion, my experience with RingCentral has been nothing short of terrible. Between the poor customer service, questionable billing practices, and lack of accountability, I would strongly recommend looking for alternative providers. Save yourself the headaches and avoid them at all costs.

      RingCentral will not let you cancel the agreement even after you are told that you are on a month to month agreement! Then after I asked to cancel and they told me I would have to pay a liquidation fee that was the monthly fee for the term that was left on the agreement, they auto-renewed the agreement and now the fee is the monthly fee x 12! I've asked my credit card to stop payment but they told me that if they don't cancel the charges might still come through.

      RingCentral has deceptive billing/contracting practices and is COMPLETELY unresponsive if you want to end service.Be aware RingCentral has a deceptive practice of billing at one time of the year and renewing your contract at another time of the year (which is rare in business), so if you are only looking at when you get your annual charge on your credit card bill, it's too late to cancel your service because you need to do that before your renewal date, which for me was 6 months later.It was a great service until I decided to go with another carrier. I've called 6 times and been on hold for long periods of time. After speaking with a *** for over 30 minutes he said I would need to wait for an invoice for canceling my service, which hasn't arrived as of a week later. I'm still paying for a service I no longer use. I called my account ***resentative 3 times and each time it goes to voicemail where I've left messages.

      RingCentral does not close accounts, but continues to bill former clients. The contact information they provide never routes through to someone that can help you get off their system; their account managers are unresponsive, and their service is trash.

      Ring Central is QUICK TO SELL AND SLOW TO CANCEL. Their prices have been going up, they refuse to negotiate even though their prices are non-market prices. I was forced into paying for a second phone line when I did not need it because the renewal had already kicked in. Almost immediately after I was charged I told him I did not want to continue with the second phone line and I ended up paying for it. They refused to negotiate.I've been on hold all day with RingCentral and they do not return phone calls, call back or provide any online support when it comes to canceling the service. I've been a customer of theirs for over four years. In all honesty, the service runs well. But they're losing me as a customer because of their lack of timely and quality support.It is clear due to their lack of follow up with people filing complaints with a Better Business Bureau that they have no interest at all and improving the quality of their support/service. None of the reviews that I'm seeing posted here have responses from RingCentral. None of these issues are being resolved.I'm going to Zoom Phone which charges only $15 a month with the same level of integration into my CRM. That's all I need. And at a huge cost savings.

      So today I signed up with Ring Central. I was quoted $119/per user annually. With 4 employees I'm thinking $480/year. I got the contract and it showed $720/year which I was told $240 extra was for fees. I'm like...okay. So I sign it then get a link to pay the annual and it came in at $886.70. Within one day the price changed 3 times and just to provide you some insight - they don't care - I cancelled it - I will never use them. I read the hundreds of BBB complaints and feel better about my decision. I didn't even get started but reading the horrible service and bait/switch tactics I feel 100% that I made the right decision. I even sent the link to Ring Central *** from the BBB and they evaded answering anything about all the complaints. Read the BBB before ever doing business as it's something I tend to do after the fact - no more! I had to leave a star or I would have not put any! Terrible - just terrible.
