    I purchased 2 10x10 canopy replacement and 1 5x8 they were all supposed to be khaki but the 10x10 canopy arrived in great. I contacted the company and was told i purchased the gray one which makes no sense when the 8x5 came in khaki. I was told I can return for a refund using the carrier if my choice. No Now mind you for the 8x5 i received a label to return it which said was up to 2 lbs. But I didn't get one with the other canopies. When i contacted them they said their should have been one and if there wasn't I should have contacted them for a return label, which makes no sense especially when I spoke to their customer service representative that morning who told her to return it using a carrier if my choice, when I mentioned this to their representative i basically got next time i should do this or should do that which doesn't help the situation. Then when I went back to purchase the same one so over again choosing the khaki it was now almost $50 more for the 2 of them and when I called them back they said that was the sales price and if i wasn't that same price i would have to wait till it goes back on sale again, rather then honoring the original price and adjusting it especially since I just paid over $50 to return the 2 that wasn't the right color. It is obvious their bottom line is more important then customer service when you look at the fact that they didn't provide a return label, the wrong color arrived and they made no attempt to resolve the situation or even provide an alternative solution that would satisfy them as well as me considering i was willing to still purchase a product from them. Makes sure you read every single line if and when you plan on purchasing from this company because it could cost you more in the long run. Purchase products from Amazon who has a free return policy is my suggestion....

    Ordered 2 replacement canopies from them for our two Southern Patio ****** Umbrellas. One fit correctly and was PERFECT in design. The other one, had an obvious flaw - missing one of the top loops on the main umbrella canopy on one arm. Thinking surely that would be simple enough to seek a remedy, I contacted them about making it right. They wanted pictures of the flaw of course. Sent a picture CLEARLY showing the issue, with the missing loop clearly visible...and my "fix", a safety pin in place of the loop. Then they wanted more pictures...of the frame. Sent three pictures showing that. Also sent a picture with the actual label of the product from the frame, to PROVE we were using the correct replacement cover. NOT ENOUGH they said. Wanted MORE pictures.....of the entire umbrella? Despite all the evidence and explanation....and again, having ordered two...and the 2nd/other one fit and was perfect....all my photos and explanation were NOT enough. After 15 emails back and forth...and 5 photos....I eventually gave up and just lived with the flawed product. I made it work my using a large safety pin in place of the missing loop.They have poor **************** and a ridiculous Warranty Process.

    I recently purchased a replacement canopy from Garden Winds. Unfortunately, my latest purchase is disappointing. Ive purchased from them in the past and the quality has been substantial, but this time, it fell short. The fabric is thinner, and the stitching is already showing signs of wear and tear. The canopy size appears slightly smaller than expected, making it almost impossible to install without tearing. It seems that the current canopy reflects the broader trend of shrinkflation, where products decrease in quality/size while the price increases. Looking at other online reviews from customers, they share a similar experience. I wish I would have done my research before ordering. Regrettably, I wont be purchasing from Garden Winds again.

    Dishonest company. Advertises a product that is not available in the color that they describe as the only one available. They proceeded to ship a different color of same product after being notified of the discrepancy. Sent 2 e-mails and got on a live chat. Still refused to cancel the order before it was shipped 4 days later. I will refuse it once it tries to be delivered. Credit card company has been notified of fraud and credit has been issued. Its no surprise they arent BBB accredited. I shouldve checked the horrible reviews here first!

    Their canopys are not even water repellent like they claim, the cloth leaks like its not even there, and they dont make good on their product

    First, go to their site and note that almost all reviews are 5 stars. However, many of them are no newer than 4-7 years ago, and there's no way to enter a new review. And no wonder - their gazebo canopies are garbage. And to make matters worse, they're the only game in town for replacement canopies.I bought the "upgrade" canopy from them:1) It was so small I had to cut all the ends of the gazebo frame to fit it.2) Even with their recommended waterproofing treatment, water comes right through! It's so thin and porous you can see the sun through the stitching.3) And because water can seep through, it gets dirty and full of mildew in shady places.4) We're at the end of only its third year (!) and it's already starting to fall apart, and we take the canopy cover out and use it only four months every year.

    I bought 2 canopies so I would have a spare. The first one wore out and when I opened the spare replacement, it wasnt the correct one. Because too much time had passes, they refused to do anything about it so now I am stuck with a $150 canopy I cant use. **************** sucks!!

    Purchased a canopy- after 3 months started to hold water on every side. Material was also ripping. Wrote an email in October explaining the problem. She said she needed pics but my cover was already put away for winter. Next spring I sent in pics and was told warranty was up but could offer me 20% off. I had notified them the year before and now the cover is getting holes everywhere. So technically its only been up for 6 months the grommets to prevent the water holding does nothing. Over priced and product doesnt hold up. Would not buy from this company.

    Purchased the canopy from Garden Winds last May. Installed several months later and only had it up for two months. Put it up again this year and the material split, has holes, dry rotted and discolored. **************** said it was out of warranty, yeah by 2 weeks, they are so generous they offered to extend my warranty and let me spend another $100.00 and they would replace it, I would stay away form purchasing a replacement canopy from these folks.

    Because our canopy has been discontinued , we are forced to purchase our canopy through garden winds . Its the cheapest material ever and the canopy is an off pink color instead of tan . The only color available .
