      Alley Cat gave us a $2,500 bid to treat a large rodent infestation in a home we were trying to fix and live in. We also obtained 2 other bids from very reputable rodent companies. The consensus from the other two companies was that because the infestation was very severe and that there are hundreds of points of entries to the house, it is best to first address the rodent access problem. Otherwise it is a waste of time and the rats will come right back. It was very dishonest on Alley Cats part to want to do the job despite its poor chance of success. I cancelled the Alley Cat service on time and was told there is $50 charge for the cancellation. Mourad, the Technician assured me that the $50 is waived because the cancellation is reasonable. Instead Alley Cat went ahead and charged us $250. I have been calling for 3 weeks straight. I could only get responses from call centers and no one here in the ******** is returning my calls. This business is unprofessional, unethical and clearly dishonest. Please stay away for your own sanity and peace of mind.
