      This business provided a free estimate for rat extermination services at our home. We did not accept the estimate and hired another company instead. Alley Cat sent us an email claiming we had accepted their bid. I replied correcting their claim. Alley Cat sent us a second email again claiming they had been hired. I telephoned Alley Cat's office requesting they stop this misrepresentation. A week later we got an "Invoice" from Alley Cat requesting a payment of nearly $6,000 for work allegedly done here, when in fact no work was authorized or done here. Two weeks later we got a second "Invoice" for the same alleged work. This company's business practices are dishonest and amount to harassment.
