    BOOKRETREATS sold me a scam retreat. The host for the retreat was a con artist who tried to take money from me. Also,When I arrived at the destination all the add that BookRetreats advised online and what I paid for wasnt what I got in the retreat once I arrived. At some point my safety in ******* was compromised because of what I purchased from BOOKRETREATS. BOOKRETREATS DOES NOT HOLD THEMSELVES RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS ON THE RETREAT. EVEN IF THEY HAVE SOLD YOU A SCAM!!!!THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE SELLING, HOW THE RETREATS ACTUALLY WORK, AND IF THE HOSTS ARE TRUSTWORTHY OR PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!!I want the refund from the retreat, plus the hotel and flights that I had to book extra when I was obligated to leave the retreat for my safety.

    Dear ****** and BBB Team,

    We're truly sorry for all the inconvenience caused for ****** *************** Yoga in *******.

    We supported *************** as we could and many of our team members had sleepless nights due to her non-satisfiying experience and we truly wanted to offer her the best solution, but as only the deposit was paid through us and the host had the remaining balance, there wasn't more we could do than to refund the full deposit amount of 108 USD paid to us.

    This is why we encourage the guests and hosts to have all the payments through us.

    We're aware that there was a confusion from the host and guest side regarding the booked room, as the private room price is **** USD and ****** paid  $ 701 it was unfortunate that the hosts didn't communicate that with us before the retreat. The host he sent the photos of ******'s room (attached) and there was an additional living room, but we understand it might cause confusion and frustration if the expectations aren't met. 

    We want to inform you that as soon we got the answer from the host that she's not willing to cooperate and refund ******, we have removed all her listings from our platform as we want to make sure our hosts are willing to take full responsibility for supporting all their guests. 

    We have taken this feedback seriously and will use it to improve our services and the way we work with our hosts. Our main goal is to provide a positive experience for all our customers, and we're sorry that we couldn't achieve that for ****** this time.

    PS! We understood that ****** was dissapointed that the reterat venue was outside the Media, but the location is clearly stated on the listing and not showing in the village. Truly sorry for the mismatched expectation.
