      I scheduled an appointment for Sunday Nov 10 at 530 pm and no one called or appeared in the chat room assigned to me. Whatever. But now they won't stop harassing me with phone calls and text messages. I have repeatedly told them to stop contacting me. Instead they choose to argue with me.

      I saw an advertisement on instagram for lazeraway for 70% off their services. I clicked for more information and got a call regarding deals. This was in March 2024 I said I was not interested at the time but maybe later. I got another call a week later letting me know there is a deal going on and that now is the best time before it goes away. I let the salesperson named ****** know that I might be getting accepted into law school and I will have to quit my job if I do get accepted since law school does not allow you to have a job during the first year . I let her know I would have to cancel after if I get accepted. ****** let me know that was more than okay and I can cancel at any time and only pay for the sessions Ive had so far. The deal was $150 per month for two years to pay for 8 sessions. 150 x 24 =3600 / 8 = $450 per session. I only had one session when I found out I got accepted into law school in June. I let ****** know I would have to cancel . ****** said that is okay and she will process my refund. Turns out I now owed over $1000. ****** tells me that the discount goes away after I cancel. ****** never disclosed to me that if I cancel I would have to pay full price . ****** specifically knew about my hesitation of obtaining the deal because of the very reason of me getting into law school. Not only did she tell me that was okay and I can cancel at anytime and only pay for the session, she also urged me to take the deal now after I said I have to think about it some more because it was the last day of the sale . Lser away takes months to get back to me and today I was hung up by a man named ***** after I asked for his last name after he told me there is nothing they can do about it. I asked ***** if there is protocol to disclose the cancellation policy and he said no. He kept repeating the cancellation policy states no refunds. I am in law school now and I know a contract needs to have mutual assent. I consented to $450 per session.i need $200 back

      Thank you for reaching out to us. Our refund policy is typically store credit only as listed in our General Consent Form. In some cases, we may make an exception to refund if the request is placed within 1 year from purchasing. In those cases, we do charge the standard treatment rate as the promotional value as originally agreed upon when purchasing the package is no longer being fulfilled. This is why you were charged $649 for the 1 treatment rendered and refunded $399 for the remaining balance. At this time, an additional refund is not due.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      What the sales person ****** committed was fraud. She knew that I had a chance of canceling because I told her I was going to law school. She specifically told me to cancel at any time and only pay for the sessions I have had. She WITHHELD that I would pay full price after canceling. I would have never signed up if she disclosed that to me. She knew about my situation. I am not asking for a refund of the service Im asking for what I mutually consented to which was $450 per session. She never disclosed the cancellation policy to me which is VITAL to know because she knew I was going to possibly cancel. It is extremely unethical laser away is treating their customers this way. I have the messages to prove that she knew she never disclosed it. I do not have a job Im using my law school student loans to pay you. 
      please be an understanding human . I only had one session and I never got any results .

      I started a full-body laser hair removal treatment at LaserAways ************** location about six months ago. Ive had six sessions so far. During my recent visit, I was told that the front of my neck was not included in the original package and that Id have to pay extra moving forward. This contradicts the agreement I had with the salesperson, ******, who confirmed the neck was part of the package. Unfortunately, ****** is no longer with LaserAway, and they claim the omission was his mistake, which they refuse to correct.I never received a detailed receipt, but I have text messages from ****** confirming the neck was included in the package. When I presented this evidence, LaserAway acknowledged the error but said they couldnt honor the agreement. I reached out to corporate, seeking resolution, but they declined my request.I am simply asking LaserAway to honor the original terms, including the front of my neck, as confirmed during my initial purchase. If this cannot be resolved, I am prepared to share my experience publicly. I hope this complaint encourages a fair resolution.

In full body packages, the neck is not included and is a separate area. We may honor to treat the neck area since it is indicated in the text messages but maintain that you must select either front or the neck or back of the neck.       BAD BUSINESS Where are your ****** reviews ?'!!! lol. Currently not visible. This place is so shady. I will list the reasons, from my experience I am rating this as one of the worst companies I have ever done buismess with, ***** is actually ahead of them. The worst of the worst. Mention: this review is coming after weeks of trying to correct their mistakes. 1. Purchased a package, my friend referred me and she received discounts or treatments. I fell for the "up sale" when i asked if there was any finance charge "no no no extra charges " once i read through contract it was one of the highest intrest rates i personally have ever seen. Not kidding a joke. I continued on--figuring i will just pay the full amount off the following month. 2. I had the micro needling **. Included in this package for over $2400 was THREE MICRO NEEDING of my face and neck. Plus an Ipl Blue light And their club love membership that included another service 3. I completed one of the ** treatments face and neck. PHOTOS INCLUDED BELOW. 4. I had a reaction to the ** needle treatment. 5. Was told by the nurse there after submitting photos "that is not from our rf treatment " lol. 6. Went in to a top dermatologist in the ** (cost $250) for him to say it was lost certainly from the treatment i received at laser away 7. Went to my PC doctor *** also confirmed the issues were the needles came in contact with skin. 8. Contact the Laser Away office. Told them i had a reaction to the treatment and it was because of the micro needling. 9 i was told would have a full refund if i called and told the finance company i had a bad reaction. 10. My ***le treatment was over $2400 11. I was still paying the finance bill and contacted the company. Was told i was given a $200 credit. I thought "okay they refunded me a little and i can still get treatments on neck and chest with the rf and the spots left over from the bad treatment on fav lasers can help Bad place.

Since you did not complete your package, your purchase no longer qualifies for a package discount.       READ carefully   Somehow laser away doesnt understand, i never approved this transaction  it was for only full refund or continue of treatments in other areas    

      I am writing to formally dispute a charge/refund on my account that I believe was applied without my authorization. The charge in question is for was for a full refund, as your employee TOLD me to call and cancel with finance company.  I NEVER approved losing all of my treatmentsAND a $200 (apx.) refund. I would like signed and approved documents, by me, for agreeing to removing ALL treatments AND $200 credit. NO ONE would ever approve that, except laser away  

      I am asking to see MY approval of $200 credit??? AND removal of all treatments?

      You know this came AFTER i spent over 10 weeks in my house after the Rf treatment? 

      Transaction was never approved.  
       an amazing deal for laseraway! Take away all treatments- then over charge for one!! 
      I have thoroughly reviewed my records, and I did not approve, authorize, or receive any services or products that would justify this charge/action taken by laser away.
      As such, I request that this amount be reversed and that my account be credited accordingly.
      Please investigate this matter at your earliest convenience. I would appreciate a prompt resolution and confirmation that the charge has been removed from my account.

      Whomever is reviewing this must know the charge of $2200 for one treatment is unacceptable, especially after the awful reaction i had

      I was persuaded to buy all 10 sessions of laser tattoo removal all at once. I have only done 4 sessions and the business wont give me my money back for the session that I have not completed. They are saying that they will have to charge me $200 for each session and are saying that I purchased 3 packages which would mean I have 30 sessions. That would be $600 a session technically. It was not expressed to me by the sales ****** that this is what is going to happen. I have only paid around $1000 and am set to pay around $2900 for all 30 sessions. They are only going to refund me $273.20 for the 18 sessions that I have not used. This was never disclosed to me and they are scamming their customers. It is all over the internet that I am not the first ****** that they have done this too. There are a great amount of people that have been treated this way and lost money from this business. It is unacceptable. I am currently having money issues and I need to cancel my sessions and they are basically forcing me to pay the full amount even though I wont be finishing my sessions. I need something to be done about this.

      I spoke to a woman named **** who I booked my appointments with for laser hair removal, I specifically asked about my daughter being a minor if she can get a Brazilian and she said yes no problem, she also promised me $200 off but could only do $100 on the computer so she said she was going to give me $100 worth of credit for ****** or *****. I went to my appointment on 11/7/24 spoke to the manager **** who stated I had no credit to my account so I sent **** a ********** said she would look into it & never contacted me again. When my daughter went in for treatment the Nurse came out & told me they dont do Brazilians on minors, so I spoke to the mgr **** again & advised her thats the reason I purchased the plan she pretended to look stuff up then just tells me to bring her back when shes 18! I paid $6000 for both of us and to not be able to get it under false advertising this is actually a law suit! They worry about just getting you in even if it means lying. I want to cancel my contract

I reviewed your attachments, and the clinic that stated their age minimum for brazilian was 16 years old was actually a different facility. Each facility has their own set of medical protocols. Our protocol for the brazilian bikini area is to be at least 18 years old. We do however allow minors to treat the bikini area (along the sides) whilst keeping their undergarments on. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding? 

      After reviewing your account, I was able to see that our in-clinic team confirmed our policy with you as well prior to treatment, and both you and your daughter continued with the treatment and are booked for your next treatment. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and would hate for you to leave with a negative impression of LaserAway. As a courtesy, I am happy to extend you and your daughter 1 Hydrafacial treatment each as well as add a $100 credit to your account.

      May 2023, I purchase $2394 in laser hair removal with Alphaeon Credit Card. July 2023 $1400 of additional hair removal is purchased. 1 week post session, nothing had changed. Throughout my sessions, I inform every clinician I have 0 results. I am told to continue. July 5, 2023 is my second session. I have a firstherpes outbreak. Another session Im burned and bleed to during session. April 24 2024 I was held down and forced to take the laser without proper cold air during my session. My underarm swelled. The clinician then scolded me that I am ruining my sessions with timing (I was not). This day I reached out to management but was ignored. June 4 ************************************************************************ every clinician I saw was fired for malpractice, so continue. June 7 2024 I go to one more session with a proper clinician and informed her of what was going on. She informed me the levels of my treatments have been improper and low so she increased them, but that was my last session of underarms/bikini. I still had all my hair. I stopped my legs treatment from lack of trust. I continuously reach out to customer service but am ignored. August ******* I was finally scheduled a follow up. The lead clinician confirmed my sessions were not properly done so I did have all my hair. I still shave every single day and she could still see the lack of malpractice and lack of results. She said she would have corporate reach out regarding a refund. November 7 2024, leading up to this day was several phone calls and emails as nobody will follow up as promised. The lead clinician is *** as I request to speak with her. ******** denies my 3rd dispute as LaserAway provides false claims of proper practice and promised end results of hair removal. Corporate verbally refused refund and offered $400 of unused service, or a few extra sessions while denying my pain and concerns of malpractice even as its in my files. With laser hair removal, we typically suggest starting out with at least 8 treatments. Due to many factors involved, some patients may need additional treatments to achieve further reduction. This is why we offer package extensions at a discounted price to our existing patients who have initially purchased a full package. Patients may need additional treatments for further reduction or to maintain their achieved results. Laser hair removal is not a one-size-fits-all service as each person has a unique biology and background. This is also addressed in your consultation and consents prior to treatment. 

      To reiterate our offer, we extended 2 complimentary treatments for your currently treated areas OR an exception to refund your unused treatments (although past the allotted time frame) which is a total refund of $466.66. Please let me know which you would like to proceed with.

      I had a Thermage on Oct. 5th. Transaction went thru on Sep 9th. I paid $1,700 for eyes, face and neck treatment. The treatment I got only included face and neck area, but not included eye lids. I contacted back to LaserAway, and I was told they are using the newest system which dont treat the eye lids. It was not true. I checked the Thermage official website (**********************************). Thermage FLX is the newest system, which was the treatment I got . According to the website there are different size of tips to treat different part of body and facial. There is specific eye tip is using to treat eye area which is the eyelids, and i didnt get that treatment. I would ask for refund for the part of treatment i didnt get.

      Thank you for reaching out. While ******** offers tips that are intended for direct eyelid use, LaserAway does not offer this service. However, we do offer Thermage Full Face with Eye Opener. This is where we treat around the eye area (orbital bone) with an outward technique to create an eye opening effect. I reviewed the receipt that you attached and see this is the service that was purchased. It also appears that we successfully completed the treatment for you on 10/5/2024. At this time, there is not an additional service or amount due for a return as the service was fully completed.

      Today I learned I was misled by Laseraway when purchasing my treatment packages in October and December 2021. I was instructed to sign for a loan with Ally Lending (this provider has since been replaced by *********) and I was told all I needed to do was put my treatments in auto-pay and I would be taking advantage of the promotional 0% interest; the interest collected monthly on the payments would revert towards any due amount at the end of the promotional periods. I should "set (the account) and forget (about it)".I always paid my installments on time, and upon noticing today, in 2024, that I am still paying the loans, I went to check with Synchrony what was wrong.Despite the factI always made all payments on time, I ended up being misled into believing that by submitting the default monthly payment would honor the promotional periods of both loans. As a result, I am now paying *****% APR over the entire purchase price for both CoolAdvantage (current total amount paid: $3,229.72; still owe: $83.96) and Laser Hair Removal (current total amount paid:$4,681.60; still owe: $1,162.51).I was supposed to have paid a fraction of this total amount.I am looking for a refund of the amount I am entitled.

When patients choose financing as a payment method, the lender provides the patient with an overview of their agreement including total financed, promotional period, and suggested monthly payments. There are also additional ways for patients to accrue interest or fees such as late or missed payments, or not paying off the loan within the promotional period. It is the patient's responsibility to ensure that their loan is completed within the agreed upon terms. Unfortunately, LaserAway is unable to know the reasoning behind your accrued interest/fees as the lender does not share that information with us.       The consultant was not informational about the truth of the transaction she gave me a package deal .And I thought I was applying for a credit line to pay for the services as I got them done and not all at once.I never had the chance to start the treatment and before my 1st appointment I had a bill already sent to my mail This was not explain she rushed me through the applying process she was very persuasive for me to sign up and called me multiple times her name is ****. She said she would help me but nothing. the only thing is I got a call from a different lady telling me am not a child and that I'm an adult that my responsibility was to read but how could I read when I had **** telling me what to do over the phone when I was applying and she was just telling me next click next. Then also the lady that called me last said that this was gonna ruin my credit because no one was gonna lend me any money because I want to break a contract. **** never once in the conversation mention that I was signing a contract as far as I was concerned I was just applying to the credit line. I dont have access to see any of this documents because it said my account was disabled and this was before I requested to cancel this said transaction/ contract.

With our financing option, we send our prospective patients a link to complete the financing application to see if they might be approved by a lender. Typically, the application process does not affect one's credit score; however, once the loan and/or credit line is accepted and proceeded with then it may have an affect on one's credit. It does tend to vary per patient's credit history. In the application and acceptance portion, there are many disclosures that outline the process and effect so I encourage you to be diligent in the future and ensure you are able to take the necessary time to review and make an informed decision. We also appreciate your feedback about the salesperson and will follow up with her to ensure she is allowing that time and explaining this portion thoroughly to avoid similar issues in the past. 

      Since no services have been rendered, I will issue you a full refund today, 11/18/2024. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect your account.
