  Horrible horrible company! I got tattoo removal! Missed sections! Went around color! Signed me up to get money and then s*** on you! The nurses are great corporate managers and jerks! DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET OVERCHARGED AND S**** OUT OF YOUR SERVICE!

  I called to get information and they talked me into applying for free financing. I set up appointment but before I went I decided not to follow through with this procedure. When I called to cancel my appointment they said there is not refunds, even though I had not paid anything. But they had already sent up the "loan" and said if I did not pay they would ruin my credit. I have not lost any money but they will not cancel the loan and threaten to ruin my credit. I will now change my banking information and I have frozen my credit and also frozen my SS Number to protect. The pressure they put on me make me think this is a scam

  Consumer Warning: Disappointing Experience and Unfair Refund Practices I purchased a treatment package valued at over $4,500 from this business, which included RF microneedling (face and neck) and multiple hydrafacials. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply unsatisfactory, both in terms of service quality and business practices.After receiving only a portion of the services (1.5 RF microneedling treatmentsface only, despite paying for face and neckand 3 of the 6 hydrafacials), I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund for the remaining treatments. I was shocked to learn that instead of offering a fair refund based on unused services, their policy is to retroactively charge full, non-discounted rates for each individual service already rendered. This meant that despite using less than 40% of the package, I was only offered approximately $1,500 back.The treatments themselves were inconsistent and underwhelming. The hydrafacials left my skin feeling sticky and improperly treatedno moisturizer, no consistent protocol, and no post-treatment glow. Scheduling was also a major issue, with repeated last-minute cancellations and miscommunications about appointment times. Staff turnover appeared to be high, which seemed to contribute to a lack of consistency and professionalism across the ******** my opinion, this business prioritizes sales over service, and customer satisfaction is not their focus. Im submitting this review to help other consumers make informed decisions and to encourage the company to reevaluate its policies and customer service standards. If youre considering services here, I strongly advise reading all policies carefully and being prepared for a very different experience than advertised.

  I had an consultation over the phone and in person back in October of 2024 for cheek fillers and the cooling sculpting under the chin they ask me to sent them pictures of my face and under the chin I sent dem five pictures and they said I was a good candidate for the cheeks filler and cool sculpting its a was I sit I have set like this all my life it runs in family I never had a double chin as look back at my pictures and going to see another doctor do to all the pain I was having after getting the fillers and cooling sculpting I have called them numbers of time about this and they have attitudea, No bedside manner and does not care when it comes to people pain and suffering they only care about the money if you paying for a service they will be friendly and very happy but when it comes to other things they dont care I wouldnt recommend this company to nobody Im in a lot of pain where I cant even sleep at night. If I could give this company an rating it will be no stars

  I had the absolute worst experience at LaserAway *********************. I traveled 5 hours from ******* for my appointment, only to be treated with complete disrespect and discrimination. I have a fully trained service dog who helps me manage my disability. When I arrived, I was already feeling anxious and exhausted from traveling, and they had me fully undress to get ready for my treatment. During this time, my service dog got a little anxious from being separated from me and briefly whined. Right after that, an employee with a terrible attitude told me my dog wasnt allowed for medical reasons and her whining and told me to reschedule my appointment on the spot, even though I explained my dog is legally protected under the ADA ********** with Disabilities Act). I was humiliated and forced to leave after all that travel and stress. The girl ( short) didnt care how far I had come or how much she triggered my anxiety. She contacted corporate to escalate and they backed up the illegal decision. The other two beautiful tall ladies were so nice to me and very sweet and treated me with respected..unlike the short girl there and corporate from New York discriminated and thats going against people with disabilities. I have already filed an official complaint with the *********************. Im sharing this so no one else has to go through what I did. If you have a disability or a service animal, be careful about trusting this company!

  Laseraway is a scam. The treatments they do absolutely do not work and they just have you coming back for more so they can take your money. The one in *********** is the worst scam of all!

  On 2/5/25 I signed up with Laser away for 2 treatments for a total of $********, I asked to use a payment plan, and the worker (*******) directed me to sign up for their loans via Alphoene. That very same night, I received a call from my General doctor, and I was medically advised against getting these procedures done. I contacted ******* (the lady helping me through this process at Laser away) that same night on 2/5/25 to cancel and informed her of my condition. She assured me that she would cancel. I called Alphoen's credit services just to make sure, and they told me that they do not see a cancelation, to check back in ******************************** 48 hours to give it enough time. same issue. On 2/11/25 I called Alphoene another time, not only has it not been cancelled, but my bill is fast approaching for a service I will not be receiving. I was instructed by Alphoene to get in touch with Laser Away. I called ******* 6 times, without speaking to her once, she blocked my number. I emailed her twice without response. I called a general number at Laser away, and the new lady told me ******* WAS in fact the person to contact, and she did not cancel my treatments, and she will refile the complaint and to wait a week. I emailed ******* 2 times more after this without response. I have tried reaching out to the company via email, instagram and ******** and left a ****** review. ******* *., who claims to be the owner on ****** reviews told me she would get back to me, and never has. I am in deep distress, as I cancelled the treatments, but I was lied to by the worker *******, and now in debt for a treatment I cannot receive in the amount of ******** when I followed company policy on cancelation

  I was scammed into purchasing laser removal for all 3 of my tattoo quote a certain amount and then did a loan through Laseraway. Now I go into my appointment and they are now telling me my Arm tattoo was not include. $3700 and my arm was not include. Employee are saying the persons that did my quote is no longer with the company and they are showing I was quote for all 3 but yet no services will be done. Now Im stuck with a large bill that will affect my credit if I dont pay. LASER AWAY IS A SCAM ANYTHING THEY DO SHOULD BE DONE AT A DOCTORS OFFICE. THE NURSE HAVE THE LOWEST QUALIFICATIONS THEY ARE NOT FILL SERVICE NURSE BEWARE

  This place literally scammed me out of thousands of dollars they promise you with all this laser hair removal. They have sales people call you and ******* you with sales tactics and promise. Ive never shaving again and how easy everything will be and once I finished all of my sessions I still had significant hair growth and they told me there is nothing they can do and that I would have to pay even more money even more thousands of dollars to receive the actual hair loss I was promised so, this place is definitely a scam. Would definitely not recommend going here runaway go to other laser places that are actually worth it. This place is complete fraud and they should be shut down immediately.
