We have never made this type of investment before and **** took all the time needed and answered all my questions clearly and without hesitation. The process was completely explained step by step and now we have or first gold coins. 5 starsYesterday, a report caught my attention in an electronic newsletter - the subject had been on my mind for weeks: What % of Gold Should You Have? Realizing there was a companion report, Precious Metals Investment Guide, I clicked on the no-obligation tab and signed up for a free email delivery of the reports, offered by Harvard Gold Group. Almost immediately the reports arrived in my email, followed by a phone call from **** of Harvard Gold. She was delightful and made sure that I could open and read the reports. I answered a couple of quick questions and realized that as a senior with limited funds, I wasn't a good candidate for Harvard Gold Group's program. But to my surprise and delight, **** continued the conversation, offering advice and help with my questions about gold and silver. It was quickly apparent her help was not about a commission, but was genuinely a desire to make sure I got answers to my questions and a sense of direction for moving forward. Her professionalism and clear, kind explanations were excellent, and were greatly appreciated!
