Excellent service. The agent I dealt with (****) was helpful and set me up very quickly for my purchase with no pressure. She answered all the questions I had and when it came time to make my purchase, it was straight forward. The shipping was faster than anticepated, and secure. I felt very at ease dealing with Harvard Gold and look forward to doing so again in the future.Their communication during the sales process and during the shipping phase was excellent, I never had any worries about the purchase.

I "interviewed" three different precious metal firms to not only learn about the pros and cons of owning precious metals, but to decide which one with whom I was most comfortable to work with and trust with my investments.The Harvard Gold Group earned my trust within the first 15 minutes of my interview with *******************, and a didn't give the other two firms another thought. **** convince me that she is looking out for my best interest based on my long-term goals. Purchasing the gold and silver was very easy even though the money was coming from existing investment with another brokerage firm. The transactions were executed within a couple of days and the gold was delivered within 10 days of my purchase.I would highly recommend the Harvard Gold Group to anyone interested in buying gold and silver for the first time, or if they are not satisfied with their current precious metal broker.Harvard Gold Group
