We offer families the opportunity to submit a service request if they have an issue with the maintenance of their loved ones site. Those forms are attainable at the front desk. In addition the cemetery is on a national maintenance contract that provides for the maintenance of landscaping every weekday nearly every day of the year with the exception of weekends/holidays. If you are experiencing a maintenance issue I would kindly ask that you please bring that concern to the front desk so that we may assist your family by submitting and completing a service request for you. In response to your statement that our staff is taking items or keeping items. That is simply not true. We do remove items that are clearly not permitted and is stated and printed in our cemetery rules and regulations. These policies are also clearly displayed on large signage throughout the cemetery both in English and Spanish. If your decorations are in violation of those standards the yes, we discard those items. This is a policy of mostly all cemeteries. I hope this information helps your understanding of the process and sets a better expectation for you of the enforcement of the decoration policy in our parks.

My parents paid for their future arrangements 20 years ago. When the time came to do their wishes, Green Acres Cemetery came up with $7000 additional charges. I feel I was double charged at inflated rates. I hear a lot of complaints such as mine. Thanks, *******************

************, as we have previously explained, The property is not what is purchased from a cemetery, an Interment Right is what is purchased. In order to place two people in one grave there is a charge for a second interment right. This is a standard practice that was explained to you by not only our cemetery but by the ************** itself. Although we remain sympathetic to your loss we can not tolerate the language, and hostility towards our location and staff that is continuously exhibited by you. We are here to serve our neighbors and friends in the community and to offer a service that is consistent with dignity and respect for our families and their loved ones. Cost aside, I believe that we provided this for your family despite the challenges that were presented due to your dissatisfaction with with the associated costs. I would kindly ask that at this point you discontinue your slanderous rhetoric and know that we wish you and your family nothing but the best and we once again Thank you for allowing us to service your family during what we know has been a difficult loss.

By far the worst experience, these heartless people are not honest with their prices or time they tell you that you can have your burial. Once you sign the contract, the prices go up and so does the time that they say you can have the burial, they take advantage of people in there emotional state and try to squeeze every ***** they can out of you and your family. Please for the sake of you and your loved one go somewhere else.

************, I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Green Acres prides itself on being a staple in the community and a standard bearer for dignified and respectful mortuary/cemetery services for nearly 75 years. We in no way try to "Squeeze every *****" out of anyone. Just like any business there have published prices and the consumer is welcome to select from that. We try very hard to protect people in our community by offering them the opportunity to pre-plan and make payments towards their final arrangements, doing so prevents a cost burden on the family at the actual time of need and freezes prices at today's costs. I hope that information helps and that perhaps offers some guidance for preventing you from feeling this way in the future whether that is with us or not. We sincerely Thank you for the honor of assisting your family during your time of need and I once again apologize for any perceived shortcomings on our end.
