    I made one purchase for ferrite / toroids and everything seemed great. Later I ordered a loop antenna and put it up in several shapes and never got close to SWR reading shown on the website. Reading were so far out the tune would lock up. The phone was answered once when I had questions but ***** calls later all you get is mailbox is full. Sent several emails and one even had PDFs readings from my antenna analyzer. I never wanted to ship back knowing it would be expensive for no reason just wanted help on installation or determining if something was wrong with the product. Waited two weeks not one call or email. I kept cutting wire to make one band work at least and it did look good on 40 meters but had more noise than my dipole. Loops are supposed to be quite and some say a little gain. I dont like giving bad reviews to companies but hope to save someone a couple hundred dollars hopefully. They dont allow reviews on their website so this is the only option.
