    I purchased a 2022 **** Q3 from *******, **. When I purchased the vehicle, I paid $1000 for Eckbond services. Eckbond services covers dent protection. On January 22, 2025, a shopping cart hit my vehicle and caused a small dent to the door. I initially filed a claim with Eckbond on January 22nd. I received an email from **** A. ********* stating my claim was denied because there is paint damage. I explained to **** that there was no paint damage. I didn't hear back from her so I filed another claim on February 3, 2025. After back and forth messages with ****, she authorized a dent technician to my claim on February 12th. It is now February 23rd and I still have not heard back from this company.

    I purchased the ziridium/eckbond warranty to cover protection package coverage. I bought my 2024 ****** Outback in June 2024 with ziridium protection package. I purchased ziridium ultimate package for $2,295.00. I have submitted 3 claims for rock ***************** dropping. Under the warranty ****************** I was told this would be covered. They have denied all my claims after I was told would be covered when I purchased this warranty. The employees were very rude to me & kept transferring me to different people ( four ). They accused me of not taking care of my vehicle which is absolutely false. I have always serviced my vehicle promptly at the ****** Dealership. I am a handicap senior citizen which should never get treated like this. They were very rude, disrespectful, & made accusations that were false. They had me in tears. I feel very used & taken advantage of. The last representative said to me that I probably damaged my ************** were not going to cover it & went further to say they would not be covering any claims from me. My warranty was suppose to be for 5 years & cost me $2,295.00. They have not covered what they said they would & I have respectfully asked for my money to be returned to me. I should have never been treated so poorly or endured this terrible treatment. I am asking for my money back.

    purchased my vehicle Oct 2022. I purchased Eckbond to preserve my paint. After a few weeks I went to dealership to complain if they applied the product. They supposedly repainted the front bumper and reapplied the product. A few weeks later I again noticed the paint looking bad. Ive gone back and forth with the dealership and Eckbond where they both pass the blame to each other. The last time I went to dealership Toya (in charge of Eckbond at dealership). She called owner to request they meet me at dealership to decide if the vehicle needed to be sent to body shop. This is an absolute lie because nobody do has done anything but blame each other. The paint has sun damage, swirls and a massive amount of paint chips as if the paint was not properly applied. Since my last complaint now everyone has amnesia and no one wants to claim responsibility. I hope that people dont waste their money on this product. And I question if the dealership actually applied it and r if my car was ever painted like they said. Ive owned plenty of new cars and they have never seen paint look this terrible so soon. People need to know that **** paint is poor quality and/or dont purchase Eckbond because it doesnt help protect anything. Save your money and get a real product.

    I enrolled in this program when I purchased my vehicle in November of 2020. I have since filed 4 claims, the last two were related. I have waited almost two months for a call back regarding these claims. I have called, left voicemails, and sent several emails over this time period. They have emailed me back once saying they were going to call me but never did. The first two repairs, I was contacted and they were taken care of within 2 weeks. When I finally got ahold of someone, they said they do not provide the service I am looking for, even though I could see it listed on my paperwork and their website. The employee told me to call my dealership instead of them, even though I am paying monthly for this service.

    I purchased this product at the dealership. A year into this car, I submitted a claim for small chips and dents. The dealership said they would cover anything the size of a quarter or smaller. After reviewing pictures for 3 months I reached out again. They said paint chips were not covered. When I asked what is covered their response was Environmental issues such as bird dropping stains, bug etching, tree sap, oxidation, industrial fall out, acid rain, weather induced fading..........I feel like I was misled and robbed. I purchased this purely for the small dent and chip protection.
