    My father bought the Eckbond coverage when he bought his vehicle, which soon after became my vehicle. We set up a transfer of all of the warranties, and Eckbond has for some bizarre reason, made it ****** complicated/impossible to receive a copy of the policy/contract. Their office manager is refusing to send it to me. The contract we have does not contain a policy number, which ******, their office manager, indicated was "weird", which I agreed. Once she completed the transfer, she said she would send me a copy of the policy, at my request. She did not, and every time I have followed up and asked her, three phone calls and 14 emails later, she provides a different reason or answer for why she can't send me a copy of the policy, even though she has legitimized it and confirmed the transfer went through. She is now refusing to send a copy of the the contract to me. That's illegal. Do not waste your time purchasing this product through the dealer. It didn't protect my father's paint job, which is flaking in parts (wild because the car isn't that old), and Eckbond seems to be in the business of blowing customers off and ignoring them. There could only be a sinister/sketchy reason for why they don't want to send me a copy of the contract. It makes no sense otherwise.
