      Professional, precise and proficient. ******************** and his team at AFN were a great mix of being detailed and yet not too much. Application, sharing documentation, underwritingit was all a breeze. In a process that can be complex and confusing we were walked through the entire process and made clear on anything we didnt understand. We headed to our closing feeling confident that we were making a good decision and getting the best loan at the best rate possible. Closing was quick and every part of our closing disclosure was what we expected.       Through a particularly complicated process, and a contentious situation with a realtor, ***** was the consumate professional, keeping a cool head when even I could no longer contain my frustration. And when I lost it, ***** was able to "talk me down off the ledge." His sunny disposition and his encouragement may well be what kept me going to see it through to the end.       AFN **** (Loans) is the business to contact if your buying a home. Especially if you intend to do a VA mortage. As a veteran I was treated with respect. The professionalism and level of profiecency through pre-approval to closing day were exceptional. The office worked as a team, if your loan officer was not available the other loan officers filled in cheerfully and efficiently. AFN **** Is also tech savvy. The entire process can be done on-line. A good loan rate was given and information provided to re-finance in the future if rates go down significantly.
