On December 30th, 2024, my debit card was used to purchase tickets to Knott's Berry Farm that were used on December 31st, 2024. I live in ********* and did not purchase or use these tickets - in fact, the company provided picture proof of the family using the tickets and the family was of Asian descent, while I am Caucasian. My bank alerted me to fraud and shut down my card and refunded the cost of the tickets. However, several weeks later, my bank took back the refund because they conducted an investigation in conjunction with Knott's Berry Farms and Knott's Berry Farms said that in order to have made the purchase, we would have needed to provide a valid email address - which the hackers somehow got ours. I tried to dispute this with my bank, but was directed to the merchant, Knott's Berry Farms. Between June 2, 2025 and July 8, 2025, I have contacted Knott's Berry Farms 7 total times - 3 phone calls, where I can never get through to an actual person, and 4 emails, only which of one has been responded to, without a resolution. We are looking for Knott's Berry Farms to refund the money that they took from us.Initial Complaint

May 23rd myself and my three 19 year old friends went to Knotts. One friend is from ***** and we all attend the ************************************. Two of us have US ID, one who is from ***** does not. He does not have a passport on him. They would not take our ID from university which has the date of birth or any emails of his passport or birth certificate from his parents who are in *****. He can not just go get his ID because, hes from *****. Workers were extremely rude offering no solutions and no refunds basically could care less if we walked away and lost our tickets. No help was offered on how to refund or forms of ID accepted for this situation. To add onto this, a group of younger teens who couldnt be more than 15 were denied entry, but when they returned with a random family who they asked to be their chaperone in the parking lot they were let in. So following the rules and attempting to get in in a logical way trying to communicate this situation with a college student from another country we are ignored and treated with rudeness, but kids who sneak in after being denied are let in by the SAME PERSON. Then we called guest services and were left on hold for 45 minutes. After this, the lady offered no solutions repeating what we already knew; that they needed a government ID. They dont have one and a fax of the passport or anything else is interrupted, not even letting us finish the sentence before saying NO NO ONLY ID. It just seems very racist and discriminatory. And after all this no compensation or help was given at all, no like drink voucher or anything for all this trouble. It wouldnt be a big issue if we had any help getting a refund, or if a group of 12 year olds obviously sneaking in werent let in right in front of our faces. Now we had to drive 3 hours to accompany these 19 year old men into the park, which only left us with like 4 hours of time?? This is COMPLETELY unacceptable and I just can not believe this situation.Initial Complaint

We paid $2700 for fast lane season passes. Each time we have went to Knotts Berry Farm rides were down rendering the passes useless. On one occasion an associates put the bands on the wrong wrist, which led to another associates accusing us of stealing them and embarrassing my family. On another occasion an associate put the wrist band on my kids very loose (they are not adjustable once put on) and if flew off during a ride. The associates (managers included) were unwilling to replace the band despite us paying for the season pass and it being their mistake and instead were adamant that we needed to spend $75 more to replace it (which we don't have because we spent $2700 on fast lanes that never work).I've reached out to Knotts several times and each time they refuse to offer any solution and take weeks to respond. I made a reservation through ******* on May 9th to visit Knotts Berry Farm on May 10th. I received the confirmation email without any issue, and the ticket clearly stated that it was valid for use on May 10th.However, when I arrived at the park, I was told that the ticket was not valid and I was denied entry. I had to wait for about an hour under nearly 100-degree weather while trying to resolve the issue.Expedia assured me that they would follow up on this matter and provide a clear answer, but in the end, I had to purchase two new tickets on-site in order to enter the park.Later, I received a message saying that a refund would not be possible. Went to ************************* sat in one of the booths saw a small rat walking along the wall of the restaurant and head towards another booth. I told the ****** about what my family saw and he said its ok we have a rat problem. That was so unexpected from him and I asked to speak to a manager and they never came we paid our bill and left. We were not able to travel to ********** to attend Knotts Berry Farm on Mar 14, 2025 due to my husbands illness. I purchased a protection plan from Fanshield in the event we would not be able to make it. They have asked for doctors notes which I provided and they still refuse to refund the $221 I paid for the tickets. I am very upset about losing all this money and do not feel its fair for Knotts Berry Farm to keep it without even giving me an option for a raincheck. The date I felt I was discriminationed against at Knots Berry Farm, I went to guest service on 3/1/2025 for a disabilities park pass, I need support from my party, because I can't stand for long period of time. They gave me a pass for myself to walk up and down rides, where no place to sit, however for my party to wait for me in the general line, and I need any support while waiting for them, then I would have to call them out of the general line to come and help me. Having to start the process all over again. The staff were rude and I felt discrimination against, and they wanted to determine my disabilities, which made me feel I had to explain disabilities at an uncomfortable level.Initial Complaint

5 adults and 1 child visited Knott's Berry Farm on January 2 2025. We took the train ride at ***** hours with some interactive bandits show. The actor bandits were rude, threatening, unethical, and ruined our whole experience. While they were enacting their interactive show, one of the bandits left the supposed "fake gun" in his holster right into my husband's face. We obviously assumed that being an interactive show, we are part of the act. However, my husband tried to move the gun to play the part. However, the bandit got aggressive and began threatening and insulting my husband in an abusive manner. He said, and I quote, "Don't you ever do that again, I'll get you thrown out. If I ever see you again, I'll get you thrown out forever." Both the bandit actors began terrorizing my husband for no reason. Everyone on the train was shocked, and the bandits was not acting. Bandit continued, "These are real blanks, and we also carry real guns which can hurt you or kill you." My husband said that's not a real gun. The bandit said, "But we carry real guns." So, from what I understand, Knott's Berry Farm allows and permits their employees to carry real guns loaded with bullets and/or blanks, putting everyone's, especially children's lives at risk over a fun interactive show. Then, they insult and threaten customers without any instructions and warnings. Their season pass is not cheap. We are not there to indulge their rude, unethical, and extremely dangerous behavior. If Knott's Berry Farm provides interactive shows, it's for guests to enjoy and not be threatened by their employees with real guns and abuses. I inquired about their names and details, but they disappeared after threatening my husband with abusive behavior. I want to talk to someone at a higher level regarding this matter.We are 13 people who bought season pass and this behavior is unacceptable.
