      I am very disturbed about my experience with your parking attendant by the name of *****, located at the handicap general parking area. He gave me a hard time because my annual parking pass was under my husbands name while my husband wasnt present. He kept me there at the exiting gate for about 5 minutes as he insisted that I pay $35. I showed him that were spouses, our last names are the same, and that it doesnt make sense to have more than one parking pass within one household. Its the way that weve always done it and I have NEVER had an issue with it until now. After he made a call to his supervisor, the supervisor advised him to scan my pass and make a note under my name that this exception was being made and in the future I would need a parking pass under my name or else Id be paying the $35. Firstly, I dont appreciate being held against my will. With the exception of the global pandemic shutdown, my family have been season pass holders every year since 2019. Secondly, I dont appreciate being threatened to a degree on making an exception that didnt need to be made when were already paying all this money in your establishment (via our season passes, parking pass, annual souvenir cups, food, and novelty items we purchase while in the park). It was not clearly stated on your site when purchasing, that the pass holder must be present in order to use a parking pass. And quite frankly, it doesnt make sense to operate that way. The parking pass should be accessible to every pass holder within the same household (or at minimum those that are of driving age of 16 and older). My experience with ***** has seriously put a bad taste in my mouth and were now considering not doing business with your establishment moving forward unless this poor customer experience is acknowledged and resolved so that its not an issue in the future.

      Dealership Free Passes I visited the Park today with 5 other Guests and provided Free Passes that was given to me as a Thank you for New Car purchase at the ****** Dealership in *******. As I provided the Passes at the Booth, inside the person declined my passes rudely and I asked for the Manager and declined gave me push back several times and when the Manager finally showed up, she riped my Passes worth ****** and she had no right to do that in front of me and my whole family, it was so embarrassing. I got the worst customer service treatment and i have been coming to Knotts for over 30 years. It was suppose to be a fun family outing, taking my niece 15 years old and nephew 12 years for the first time and turned out to be a nightmare. The booth Manager did not help us come up with a resolution and did not care at all. She spoke to me rudely when I asked for my passes back and said I ripped them. Inside the booth was dark, and i was not able to see the cashier and the Manager to get their names. Im really disappointed and the incident ruined our visit causing us emotional distress and causing us to pay ****** tickets online, when i had free tickets. Please speak to the Booth Manager and Cashier, Im sure they will remember who I am and I suggest that they need more training in providing better customer service and I need to be compensated for todays visit. Thank you so much, I appreciate a follow up and I have the ripped passes to show you what that rude/unprofessional manager did. Still has not been yet to be resolved and No response from the Vice President yet.

      Buying ticket, receipt states you MUST have a valid ID with ticket for entry. Ticket bought using iPhone no valid ID shown. Filed to get money back from my credit union.

      Horrible experience today at knotts berry farm the supervisor harassed me in front of everybody in the ghosterrider line in front of my children and still continued to follow me out the ride to say to me baby Im gay i can do what I want and the fact that all the employees were doing nothing and they were all in his side his name is ****** he is I guess the supervisor for the rides there, my son is 48 inches and he passed the height requirement clearly and he said I can do whatever I want because Im the supervisor and started putting his finger at my face Im so embarrassed my kids shouldnt have seen that be done to me I need to talk to his supervisor that is absolutely absurd!

      I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to Knott's Berry Farm on Sunday, 9/15/2024. After packing and walking a long distance, I arrived at the ********* only to find it closed without any prior notice or announcement. This was particularly frustrating as there was no information provided on your website, app, parking lots, or gates about the gates closure.During my visit, I spoke with your employee and the supervisor, ******. I was informed that the gate was closed to prepare for the Scary Farm event, which I understand requires additional manpower. However, I was extremely disappointed when both the employee and ****** refused to allow us entry, despite my explanation of the situation. As a mom with a young child in a stroller, it was challenging to walk to an alternate gate.I observed several other visitors encountering the same issue and leaving in disappointment. Unfortunately, my family and I ended up going back home, feeling disheartened by the experience.

      My child along with several others friends from summer camp were attacked by three unsupervised boys at the lazy river. When the life guard was informed, he told the teachers there was nothing he could do. When the teachers escalated to the security guard and explained what the boys looked like, the guards said they likely knew who they were, informs us that this has been an ongoing issue with nothing done. People need to stop giving this establishment their business if our kids aren't safe! My daughter was pushed under water, then pushed, her leg was grabbed and knee skinned...another child was strangled by these boys...and it is ALARMING your staff did NOTHING about it!

      Spent so much money on prestige passes for family of six to still have ******* inside prefer lounge just starring us down like we dont belong there cause were Mexican American. She doesnt look at no one else but us like were stealing from her We complained to her supervisor and nothing has been done to remove her from that position cause she is not customer friendly and RUDE when approached about it six times already since January. Money bad spent on prestige passes to have her there when we visit the park. SHE MAKES ALL SIX OF US VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Wont be getting prestige passes next year thanks to ******* AT preferred lounge at Knotts Berry Farm. Thanks ******* for saving us money next year RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!

      We were told by a Knotts Berry Farm parking lot employee that if we paid $50 for preferred parking, we would get $50 credited towards buying a season parking pass. So we went to the Information building to purchase the parking season pass and were told that they could only credit us $30. We explained that one of the employees assured us we would be credited the $50, and ***** insisted there was nothing he could do. We then asked to speak to someone else. We then spoke to ***, and she said that they could only credit us the $30. We once again explained how we would not have parked in the preferred parking lot if we were only going to get credited $30 back. We left with no solution, no sort of compensation or refund. It was absolutely disappointing and frustrating as we were misinformed and were the ones to take the monetary loss. I wish I could give my experience at Knotts Berry Farm zero stars, but unfortunately I have to select at least one star. I hope in the future this is made clear and other people visiting Knotts arent robbed of their money too.

      DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARN MONEY HERE. *** TRIED TO CONTACTED SOMEONE AT KNOTTS BERRY FARM, AND ITS REALLY A LET DOWN. YOU CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE, THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY. I'VE SPEND MY HARD EARN MONEY ON A YEAR PASS IN WHICH IVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO STEP INTO THE **** EXCEPT ONCE.. IVE FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD AND NOW THE **** HAS PUT MY PASS ON HOLD. I JUST WANT MY REFUND OR PARTIAL. POOR ****. SERVICE, POOR STAFF. **** IS VERY DIRTY AND LONG LINES.

      WORST PLACE EVER, DO NOT STAY AT THE ******** EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE. THEY TRAUMATIZED MY 8YEAR OLD AUTISTIC GRANDDAUGHTER ON HER BIRTHDAY AND MADE US LEAVE.
