      I have a 2013 Yamaha 150 ************** with 335 hours of use that needs to have a power head replacement with the price of $8,000. I called Yamaha and they stat that is very odd it already blew up with **** low hours but sorry there is nothing they can do ..

      I don't even need to buy anymore of their products to know they are a horrible company. I bought some line 6 gear back in 2011. The gear has nothing but issues. Yamaha group bought line 6 in 2013. So after 10 years, I decided to update some gear. Thinking maybe they fixed issues in newer models. Nope, The gear is EXACTLY the same high price/low quality and prone to failures, same models numbers etc. Now the reason I would even post about Yamaha instead of just Line 6, when you click on line 6 site for the market/shop page, a new link at the very bottom of the page appears that was not on the rest of the site. because when youre shopping you expect that at the very bottom of a web site right? "Terms of Sales". Read through it, They try to limit anything they can like "new unopened" to a 15 day period of return, they will not pay any shipping and they can charge a restocking fee. Even though the products are line 6 they will not accept any line 6 you bought from 3rd party sites either.I guess if you spend a few 100 to **** and something is wrong with the item, because who would not open something they meant to buy?, You're just out of luck and loads of money. where is the *** for companies like this??

      I have been using Yamaha products since the mid 1970's . It started with a Yamaha plastic recorder . It was of great quality for the price . Since then , I've owned all kinds of Yamaha products , both new and used . Here are some of the products : recorders , guitars , stereo equipment , keyboards , synthesizers , motorcycles , and even motorcycle riding gear . I've had nothing but good luck with all of these products . When I see the Yamaha emblem on a product , I consider it to be of superior quality .Back in the mid 1980's , I recall reading an article in a motorcycle magazine titled " A Yamaha In Every Room " . It made me laugh because it was almost true . There was a Yamaha product in almost every room in my house . I read about negative product reviews and quality controll issues , but I have never experienced any of that . I will continue to buy and love Yamaha products . They have been a part of my life for so , so long .
