    June 17, 2025 Hello,I recently submitted a review online and was asked to contact the General Manager. Ive made several attempts to reach their extension but have been unsuccessful. My vehicle has been at the dealership since last Monday, and I did not purchase a mechanical warranty, which has added to my concerns. At this point, Im feeling very uneasy about the situation. Im not sure if the request to contact the General Manager was a sincere effort to address my concerns or simply a way to pacify me. Either way, I wanted to follow up and let you know that I did attempt to call but was unable to make contact.Original Post I will not do business with *** again. Despite being fully financed through my credit union, the dealership expressed distrust in the official check I brought from my bank. They had to call and verify the cashier's check was legitimate. This made me feel like a criminal. Additionally, they failed to complete the *** paperwork correctly, neglecting to list my bank as the lienholder as required. This resulted in more of my time to correct this issue.The issues didnt stop there. The air conditioner was not blowing cold air when I took delivery of the vehicle. Rather than fixing the issue properly, they applied a temporary fix that failed within 30 days, forcing me to return with the same problemhot air blowing from the A/C.Its unfortunate to say, but the experience felt tainted by bias and judgment, which seemed to vary depending on the location and staff involved. This kind of inconsistency and lack of professionalism has made me lose confidence in the dealership.

    I bought a car from BMW of Buena Park on 03/08/2025. I signed the paperwork and paid my deposit. The car was being shipped to me and was supposed to arrive by today. I was supposed to have received a phone call to schedule delivery by Tuesday 03/11/225. I have been calling, emailing, and texting for three days with no response.

    I purchased a car extended warranty policy from BMW of Buena Park, and decided to cancel and refund in ******** early November 2024, I submitted cancellation form in pdf first as instructed by warranty term. *** employee didnt accept and demanded I go I person. One week later I came in person and processed the cancellation. Dealer prmoised 4-8 weeks time (written). (Also warranty terms says 30 days cancel, 30 days until refund received)Its been 3 month + now, I tried to call multiple times after initial 4 and 8 week time. Right now I am calling every day, only 2 out of ****************************************************************************** process. Went in person, waited half hour just to speak to their finance team, and still get same in process response.This is very customer support and direct violation of my warranty terms, extremely frustrated with *** Buena Park

    I am a resident that lives behind the *** dealership, I have filed a compliant a few months ago. Nothing has changed nor has it been addressed. I live right behind the dealership to where I can hear the car alarms, building alarms and loud speaker going off at all hours of the day and especially in the middle of the night 11pm, 12am, 1,2,3,4, and 5am. This has caused me to lose sleep, and is effecting my health and well being. I cannot get any sleep because of this noise. Not only do the alarms go off all night and morning, "We" the neighbors and I have been dealing with their employees parking and taking over the whole neighbor hood with them taking up all the parking leaving us with no parking spots for us. Leaving trash on the sidewalks. Finally someone left a trash can for them to throw away their trash only to be left filled and over flowing of trash all the time ( what an eye soar). I have a 17 year old teenage girl who is scared to walk to her car in the morning because these employees are sitting the their car just staring. This is getting out of control and would like something to be done asap. Don't they offer parking for their employees? Why are they using the Emergency exit door for employee entrance?

    Purchased my vehicle 4/12/2024. Less than 2 weeks later, the coolant light popped up. 4/25/2024 I made an appointment to make a service appt, but never had time to go. 5/27/2024 my sound system stopped working. Finally brought my car in 5/30/2024 to find out it has not 1, or 2 but 4 issues in total. I am still under the 90 day warranty, drove the car less that ***** miles and your telling me you cant fix it? Keep in mind, I just purchased this car believing it was going to be a nice used car with no issues and in working condition. I had a lot of friends recommend Autonation and this specific *** in Buena Park. Now they are saying the limited warranty only covers 2 things - but of course, not the coolant issues or the sound system issues. They are still charging me for this to get repaired although I have had this car less than 2 months. They sold me a car with several issues, and honestly I am really sad and disappointed. I am not asking for much, the repairs are about $2,800, but its the principle that I got sold a car that doesnt work. And I just graduated college, I have student loans to pay off. Adding this on top of everything is just sad.

    Date of transaction: 04/28/2024 *************** Buena Park I brought my car in for oil service. I gave the car with full condition to the dealership, they also perform the walk through, no problems or missing part or damaged was found. Later, the technician also showed the *** video where they performed the inspection of the whole car, and again, everything seems normal. However, before i went to pick up the car, the service provider, she called me and let me know one my wheel missing a lug nut. I asked if she can help to have the technician to install the new one on because this is a huge safety concern and need to be fixed asap. I arrived to pick up the car, somehow she told me again that they tried but couldn't due to the length difference and she denied to offer any help and let me take the car with only 4 wheel lugs on the right front wheel. This is serious safety concern and what could happen if that wheel fell off due to missing lug nut, it will be a tragic accident. They don't seem to care. I told them i gave them the car with everything and now i received my car after service back with missing lug nut. They denied to repair or to do anything for me. Later that week, i tried to find the replacement nut and i ended up finding out that the wheel hub (with female threads on), it's stripped and that's why they can't repair and they denied to help. What is unethical way to treat a loyal *** customer. I need serious help here. I don't have car to use for my daily work and i have to borrow car from someone to use instead.

    Autonation offered $37k online for a purchase of my used *** X4. I was contacted by ********************* of *** Buena Park who encouraged me on multiple occasions via email and phone to go in soon as possible and sell my car to them before the offer expires and price could go down after it expires. I was hesitant as they were very far away compared to other dealers. The price they offered was higher than other offers so I went on 4/28/2024. After appraising the car, he lowered his offer to $34k saying he's going to have to replace 4 tires, even though he showed me issues with just 1 tire. He said earlier in the conversation it takes about $550 to replace each tire. I told him none of his math or what he's saying makes any sense. I said if the tires were really an issue then I'll fix them elsewhere then he tried to convince me to stay since I was there anyway and he's trying to help me out by fixing the tires for me. This felt like such BS and a classic a BAIT AND SWITCH tactic. I left and later had the car appraised at Carmax and *** of ******** - both of whom honored their price at $37k, no issues on the tires/tire replacement. They said tire replacement is standard when buying used cars, but it shouldn't affect the offer. I sold the car to *** Monrovia at the offered price - what a huge difference in sale price. Thankfully I didn't believed this ************************* at Autonation *** Buena Park and walked. Potential sellers need to know about this scam before selling their cars to them.

    When i bought the vehicle the dealership offered me a $500.00 check sent to my address since they couldnt lower the price of the vehicle which ive uploaded the proof since i asked for something in writing. This was agreed upon the 20th of December and until this day i havent received my check. Ive been calling and emailing them. They keep saying they will look into it with no resolution. As of the 23rd of January now no one at the dealership ship has been able to give me an answer and no check has arrived.

    Purchased a vehicle from BMW of Buena Park. I was misled to believe the car was ready for pick up at time of purchase. After signing and giving down payment I was told they could not release vehicle due to a turn signal repair that was needed. The car was waiting for repair and I was being pressured to come back and get the vehicle without even having an estimate for repair completion date. The vehicle was eventually dropped off by *** after complaining to the sales manager however the car was dropped off without any registration paperwork and with damage to the left driver side front bumper. I scheduled a service visit less than a week later and was told my warranty isnt valid till 2 weeks after purchase. The car remained with *** and repair was approved to fix motor and transmission mounts and realigned the bumper before I got home the bumper came loose again I reported this right away and was told the bumper alignment was a courtesy. This company from sales to finance to service is a scam.

    This business makes a lot of noise after 10pm. I live on the block of ***** and their speaker, building alarm, car alarms goes off ALL NIGHT. All hours of the day/night. Their employees fill up our neighborhood with cars, sometimes blocking the "fire exit door" I have called the parking enforcement serval times and they just don't do anything about it. They are using the **** EXIT as a everyday entrance. They don't move their cars when the sweep cleaner passes through on Thursdays and the city does not give them citations. This has been an ongoing problem for about a year now. Any help would be appreciated.Thank you,
