      I utilized the service to send funds to ****** and the entire process has been a disaster! Based on the web site, transfers are sent directly to the recipient bank within 3-5 days. I was never informed that a third party bank would get involved on the transaction, which is what happened. This third party requested multiple personal documents from my recipient before releasing the funds. After 10 days going back and forth with the third party bank, I requested XE to cancel the transaction. Their call center rep said he was forwarding my cancellation request to their "payment department", which handles transaction cancellations. I later found out that my request was not sent to the third party bank for a week - they sat on my request for 5 days! I am now being told that they are waiting on the third party bank to reply to their request and this is not in their control. There is ZERO accountability for the lack of delivery on the service they supply. My transfer never got to the recipient, and I have been waiting for over two weeks to get my funds back. The reps keep telling me the same exact thing without offering any solution. I do not recommend XE at all.

      Will never use again! If I could give negative stars I would.We had used XE previously, but we have now found out that once there is a problem (like losing your money) they stop responding & tell you anything to get you off the phone even if it is a lie. We transferred a relatively small amount of money (<$10k) for my daughters birthday, they acknowledged receiving it and then 6 days later when it was still sitting with them & had not been tf'd to us we started placing enquiries in with them.It has now been 14 days since they have received our money and we still do not know where it is. Our banks both *************** have advised us to lodge a complaint in both jurisdictions to the Financial Ombudsman due to the lack of service and information about where our funds are. It is incredible that in this day and age, a financial institution can loose your money and not have the audacity to resolve in a timely manner or provide adequate communication. We explained we were travelling and needed the money for our daughters 14th Birthday but they had no care or concern of the impact their inability to resolve was causing for us. In fact, since we mentioned why we were so distressed at trying to get it resolved so our daughter was not impacted we have had zero contact from them, even though we were advised "they had escalated as high as they could go and we would be contacted by COB some 5 days ago", we have still not had any response from the team responsible even though we have been sending through request for updates. We have now been told that ****** the Country Manager is the only next person that can help us as he is the direct manager of the Care Supervisor in the region where we placed our initial money transfer. It will be interesting to see when this is finally resolved. Consider using WISE, they have a great rate and their customer service is exceptional. Due to their quick turnaround, my daughter only had to celebrate her birthday 4 days late!

      ** returned my money after my bank in ******** did not transfer the $650 to my account there. After a couple weeks trying to resolve the situation, I decided to ask Xe to retrieve the money for me, which they did. Took about a week and a half before the money was back in my original account, which is fine because these things take some time to accomplish.

      Back in Feb of this year (2023) I tried to send a 'Money Transfer' of $75.00 to my friend in *******.The first attempt froze on screen and I left it for 15 minutes. I came back it said 'Transaction failed' I tried to send again and it seemed to go through. I later got an email saying the first transaction had failed and the second went through so I expected a refund.I called them 4 times and then see 'no trace' of my original transaction and one customer service rep said "I'm sorry Sir I've no idea where your money is!"I called my bank 5 times they also have NO idea where it went. I am on Disability so every dollar counts ,BEWARE do not use this service even if PayPal locks you our of your account because you forgot your password as I did. Go through your bank!

      They are a rip off. 5 times I tried to send money through them. 0 times did the money go through. 4 times they assured me it wouldn't happen again. After I canceled the 5th transfer they charged me after confirming my cancelation. There customer service is a joke. No one can answer questions and it takes forever to get your money back. Still waiting for them to reverse the charge on my credit card!

      I used this company for a foreign exchange on Feb 23, 2023. They stated they sent my money to the desired bank account however as of today March 08, 2023 my funds were not received.I am requesting a full refund at this time. I keep requesting to speak with a supervisor and no one is forwarding me to a supervisor. No one can tell me if they will file a refund.I need my funds fully back into the account that they were taken out of.

      This company its a total scam. I try to transfer $5000 from my personal account to another personal account overseas but out of nowhere and without any warning they just closed my account and when I asked them why they did that they said they have no reason and no explanation for the action they just close it.
