This vendor is trying to claim I owe them money when they never provided me any services. They sent me to collections for me reaching out to them over 3 years ago. Ive been disputing this for 3 years asking for proof of service for which they have never ever provided. I dont even live or own the place of which the heat needed to be addressed at as this would have been paid for by the landlord. They shouldnt be billing people for no service and now theyre trying to ruin my credit over it? Bad bad business.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have reached out to you office several times as well as the collection agency. You are falsely billing me as no service was provided. I have taken this to this level as no one should have to deal with this kind of business mishandling.

      Sincerely,

      ******* ****-*****

We called and requested a very specific HVAC duct cleaning service. Rather than clarifying that they do not offer that service, the company sent a technician to our house and performed another completely unrelated service to our HVAC system. Nobody was home to even verify they came. The company then called and said they had performed the service (that we didn't request) and that we owed them $125.

When I called the company to ask why this service was performed, all they could say was that they don't offer the original service we requested but we still owed the $125 for the completely unrelated service they claim they provided. They even acknowledge it was not what we requested but say we still owe them money. It feels close to a scam or at a minimum trying to take advantage of consumers.

They also claim they have recordings of calls and said they would go back and listen to what was requested but when I called to follow up on what the individual I spoke to said they were unable to locate that phone recording!
