      My Air conditioner went out in Aug. 2024. Saw this company listed in *** magazine and called them to come and check the problem and give me a price to fix it.This guy come out, shone a flash light in my attic and looked around the side of the house. He never told me what the issues were with the *** nor did he give me a verbal or written estimate.Never heard from him for 2-3 days. When he called, he said he couldn't find my email to send an estimate. I said never mind, a professional HVAC technician, came out and fixed the problem.This guy from West Coast Chief Repair them told me I need to pay $65.00 for him coming out to my place. I told him the same way he can call and ask for $65.00, is the way them they could reach me with a price estimate. Well I don't pay for zero service. This guy did absolutely NOTHING. buy look around and left. Now they send me a letter threatening collection. Well I am going to report this company to the BBB. They would do better training their guys on how to do their job. This company is a rip off. Stay away from using their service. ****** *.

      This company was referred to me by a friend. Hired them several times for many different appliance repairs. First couple times had no problems. But last few times I hired them it was clear their only intention was to falsify their invoices and only collect money. This company is highly unprofessional. The last time I hired them for a repair, they sent a technician the same day, didn't look like he worked directly for the company, showed up with a backpack and hardly any tools. Was unable to provide me any details as to what was exactly wring with my Wall Furnace except only to say its going to cost $300.00 and he continued to roll up the invoice place it in his pocket and said the office will reach out. What a scam. I hired another appliance repair company, who was very knowledgeable, professional and communicative throughout the entire process and professionally handled the repair for much cheaper. I don't recommend West Coast Chief Repair to anyone unless you want to just burn your money and get ripped off.

      I don't give any reviews at all but This time I have decided to for everyone to know. Please avoid West Coast Chief Repair for appliance repair. This service provider was referred by my home warranty *** to repair my dishwasher. The provider first came to my home to look at the dishwasher on Aug. 2022. Technician said need parts to replace. 4 months and 4 technician visits later, my dishwasher is still not fixed. The technician doesn't know how to fix it and the company recommended for second opinion! All of this wait, inconvenience and waste of time is for nothing! I even have to call for updates since they do not provide one during the 4 months of waiting. Please avoid this company on your appliance repair. Not recommended at all.
