I REALLY wanted to give this company my business. I opted for "Live Chat" and this grumpy guy named ****** was who was the rep. ** was very cold, I tried to find out if I could get something delivered sooner. His response was "We're a custom online printer, we don't make copies!". I wasn't asking for copies. I uploaded the flyer that has my brothers information on it. ** has been missing since June 30th 2024 and I was just looking for some assistance. ** just did not want my business. UnhappyGotPrint

The customer contacted us via chat as they asked why our production times are so long. They were advised of the process, the customer then said they were going to go elsewhere, as they needed 100 prints for 9/16. They were advised that we are not able to do copy services or overnight printing.
While obviously we sympathize with the customer's situation, we were not able to help them with what they were looking to do.

wishing I had seen this page before I ordered from them cs lacking. Had an issue with the cutting of the business cards as well as the foil transferring on all the cards. hired a designer to format my design according to their regulations and text on back was illegible due to foil bleeding. tried submitting claim through site but doesn't accept video so emailed and it was blocked likely because of video attachment. emailed and called spoke to a woman who said she'd submit the claim for me and to expect a call or some form of correspondence. waited two weeks and nothing so I tried again only to receive a generic response over and over again to submit online even though I tried to tell them due to the foil and the way light works you can not see all the issues without a video. it was a week of back and forth before I gave up. I am so disappointed, I liked the car magnets they made for us but was really let down by the customer serviceGotPrint

The customer contacted us 7/11 and due to an error on our end, the report did not go through correctly, for which we apologize. When the customer contacted us again, we requested pictures of the cards, we are not able to accept videos via email or the website for security reasons, if we were not able to see the issues from the pictures, we would ask for the customer to send us physical samples of the cards. We would ask the customer to email us the images requested, so we can investigate and get this resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

**************** is useless. I have used ******************** in the past and never had a problem, so I never had to use their customer service. This time, I ordered 1000 business card to use for a not-for-profit fundraiser. They were supposedly shipped on July 24, and received them on August 20th -- and the fundraiser was August 7. (They were supposed to be here within 2-7 days.) Since, I now have no use for the cards, I suggested that I return them for a refund or a credit. They first coldly responded that they are not responsible for what happens to the shipment, once they send it out. **** -- that's the first sign of a poor business practices in any company. Then, I wrote again, and this time, they coldly responded that since I ordered the least expensive shipping, they will not do anything. If I write again, who knows what new excuse they would give next time? Needless to say, I will never use this company again nor would I ever recommend them to others, as I had done in the past. I would gladly share their emails to me with the public, so you can understand what you might have to deal with.GotPrint

This order was shipped 7/24 by Economy Shipping, which can take 2-7 business days. As per the tracking information, which the customer has access to on their account, the **** attempted delivery 7/31, was not able to deliver the order and a notification was left with the customer that they could pick up the order at the ***********. The tracking information shows that the order picked up at the *********** 7/31. The customer did not inform us of any issues until 8/22, by which time it was too late to start an investigation on the shipping.

Ordered magnets and business cards, same day within hours I noticed a typo. I contacted got print to ask about fixing this and was told nothing can be done. **************** is 0/10GotPrint

Because of the way we print, once an order has started production, we are not physically able to make changes. We were unable to find any orders for this customer, but if they are willing to contact us with an order number, we will certainly do what we can to assist.

This was my first order with GotPrint and I am beyond unsatisfied. I ordered 250 business cards and when I received them I noticed some cards were torn, the surface was scratched or the print quality was terrible. I conservatively estimated that about 10% of my order was unsatisfactory. I contacted customer service asking to reprint the unsatisfactory cards. They claimed that there are enough extras in the box to make up for the cards they messed up and suggested I count the cards in my entire order. Upon doing that I found more cards I wasn't happy with, 31 that were extremely damaged and 33 more with lighter cutting damage, and only 7 extra cards. They claimed to not be able to reprint 30 cards, even though I informed them it was now 64 cards that were not up to par. They offered a small amount of store credit and when I told them I was not certain I'd be using their services and I'd like a reprint or refund like thier guarantee says, they sent an insanely rude and unprofessional email with certain words in all caps and implying again that this is not thier fault. They called the bad cards ready mades and claimed that by weight I had received enough cards, even though they made me count my entire order already. I had to fight to get a 13% refund when approximately 25% of my cards were not acceptable quality. I've ordered many things for my small business over the years and I've never received such unprofessional and rude service on top of an inferior product. They take no accountability for thier mistakes and are unwilling to resolve issues. I will be taking my business else where and I suggest anyone reading this does too.GotPrint

On 5/28 the customer notified us that they had an issue with approximately 10% of the 250 card order. We advised them that we do include extra cards and a store credit of $8, which is more then the cost of the 25 cards. The customer then said that the issue was with approximately 60 of the cards. Because of the way we print, we are limited to the quantities shown on our website, so, as a courtesy, the store credit was increased to $10. The customer wanted a refund of $10 as said they did not want to order with us again, and a refund was processed.

Recently ordered stickers and business cards. The stickers came back decent, about the quality I expected for what I paid. However, the business cards were horrible. About a dozen of them had printing from my company on one side and from another company on the other. All of them had incredibly poor edging, despite my card following the bleed/upload guidelines. I ended up cutting all ***** myself so they didn't look like I don't care about my business. Printing quality was mediocre of these at best.The shipping costs were very high for the product and the "customer guarantee" is to ship everything back for a refund. At that point I'd be out almost the entire price of the cards to pay for shipping both ways. I will certainly never order business cards from GotPrint again and would not recommend this service to anyone.GotPrint

We were able to find the customer's order and at no point did they reach out to us to try to resolve this issue. On the files for the business cards, there is an issue where the file does not reach all the way to the bleed line. The details for this order have been passed to our ************************** and they will be reaching out to the customer via email shortly.

12 years reg ordering monthly. the quality and customer service has dropped last order ******** was unable to read any text they claim file issue. it also had trim issues. they claim file issue. the proof Clearly shows trim is proper. and file we printed at another print house next day and was clear. this has happened 4 times this year with different issues. one has yet to be corrected and never received item have phots and records. Thinking the new crew ? sadly would no longer recommendedGotPrint

The files the customer uploaded were not flattened, which caused the issues on the order. We clearly state on the website to flatten files to prevent issues, this was a file issue, not a printing issue, however we did send the customer an email 2/7/24 that if they return the order to us, we will refund the print cost as a courtesy.

The worst company ever!!!!I have used them for over 2 years, I have over *********************************** my account. I went to order more and they were all DELETED!!! I called and they blamed me for not saving correctly and there is nothing they can do! Run, run as fast as you can away from this printing company, they don't care about here customers and randomly delete all of your files and blame you for it!GotPrint

The customer contacted us several times over the last few days as they were not able to locate any saved designs on their account. After investigating, we established that the designs had been deleted on the customer's side and we are unable to recover them. After being advised of this more then once, and letting the customer know that they could always recreate the designs on the website, the customer became verbally abusive to our **************** department.We are sorry that we are unable to assist this customer on this occasion.Thank youReview fromMike S

We have been wholesale brokers for many years with gotprint First they were wholesale only !!!Business to business Then they started selling directly to our customers retail Now they are starting to use the retail internet tax law towards its wholesale brokers for out of state shipments Charging us sales tax for wholesale business to business purchases Sales tax is for the end user Not the business buying it for resale Thats why we all have tax Id numbers from the *** I tried to explain this tax is for retail purchases not wholesale They didnt even know what a blanket tax exempt form was !?!?This is just a way of them pushing us brokers out of the market GREED AT ITS BEST !!!Do not use them The prices are great but once they get your order They will try to take your customer base Its sad They use to be such a great company Broker wholesale printers like us Made them this big What happened to partner respect ?GotPrint

As per changes in the online tax laws in 2018, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to states that charge sales tax. If the customer has a valid tax exemption on their account for a specific state or states, then we can waive the sales tax.
For example, if the customer is tax exempt for ************** and the order is shipping to an address in ********, then we can waive the state sales tax. However, if the customer is exempt in ********, but the order is shipping to *******, where the customer does not have exemption, then sale tax for the **************** would be charged.
If the customer has any further questions on this, we would ask them to consult a qualified tax professional.

This company has been a complete nightmare to deal with. I ordered 4 different prints for my wedding invitations on paper that was described as *****. It arrived and was glossy and there were white lines on the sides. The colors were also off. I submitted a request for a refund and they requested photos. I sent the requested photos of all the samples *****, but the only response I received was that I hadnt sent the proper samples. I uploaded them again and received the same message. I believe this is what they do to avoid providing refunds to clients. The woman I spoke to on the phone said she was filing a complaint with quality control and guess what? They sent me another email saying that due to me not providing samples, they cannot provide the refund. They made me waste $350 and I had to order my invitations from another website. Im not sure how this process could be so terrible.GotPrint

The customer placed an order for 4 different items and on 7/26 submitted an issue via the website stating that on one of the sets there was a white strip on the side and that they were unhappy with the card stock on 2 of the other sets and requested a full refund. We requested a photo of 10 to 15 of the cards with the white strip as a group shot so we could see the issue, the customer sent a photo of one card in each set. On 7/28, we requested the images again so we could see the issue and on 7/31 the customer emailed to say that they had already sent images. We replied back to advise that if the customer is not able to supply the requested images, we would not be able proceed with the problem ticket. On 8/2 the customer proved the requested images and we were able to determine that there was a cutting error on the set and we offered to do a free reprint on that set. For the items for which the customer did not like the card stock they had selected, we did offer $100 store credit as a courtesy and we always recommend that customers get one of our free sample kits, so they can see and feel the paper and card stocks to see if they are suitable.
