    Really disappointed with the quality and customer service. I bought one of your pillowcases just two years ago, washed only on delicate, and its already falling apart. Your site claims they can last up to 10 years, but mine barely made it past two. I emailed customer service and was told its out of warrantybut they offered just 25% off a replacement? Thats not acceptable for a premium product that didnt hold up as promised.

    Terrible customer service! I ordered 3 sleep masks, one for myself and two intended as gifts. The mask was far too tight, comes in only one size, and has no adjustments. I contacted customer service, and was told I could return the two unopened ones, but would not receive full refund for the mask I tried. They do not offer free return shipping, or even a return label. Inexcusable in this day and age. I love the pillowcases Ive ordered in the past, but I will never do business with this company again.

    The moment the hint of oil from your hand or face, or anything comes into contact with the material, it leaves an incredibly noticeable stain. Of course, the fine print is I cannot return items that are used.

    The company stated they will not accept my return if the original packing material is not included. Which, of course, I did not retain because they said these were non-refundable if used.

    I purchased a bonnet that arrived defective. I paid for the shipping of the product. When I emailed customer service to get a return label they said we dont offer labels because we offer free shipping. I sent screenshots of both my order showing I paid for the shipping and a screenshot of their website stating to contact customer service in order to receive a shipping label. They havent bothered responding to my emails or clarifying their policy. This business seems fraudulent.

    2 months ago, I ordered four pillowcases costing $218.40!Once they crossed the border to ****** They disappeared!I told them that the courier service they were using in ****** had one star reviews and not to use them. When the package disappeared they re-sent again through the same poor performance service. I am NO CLOSER to receiving my product!!! After TWO months I am beyond frustrated!!They answer me in automated responses and then tell me they will look into it but have not done any investigation.I asked for my money back and they are IGNORING me!!!DO NOT BUY BLISSY PRODUCTS!!!

    As soon as I told Blissy I was going to the BBB, that was when they actually took me seriously. Once a product clears customs, it should not take two months before someone takes it seriously and gives a refund. **************** was horrendous. If someone is emailing you with a problem, the least you could do is answer with a human being and not an auto response.When I finally spoke to a human being, they dismissed me as though I was being an annoyance, when all I wanted was to be heard. The main issue I have is, listen to your customers and dont send auto responses when they ask to speak to someone who cares!

    Fraudulent advertising, shady sales, and ABYSMAL customer service. ONE DAY SALE! Except it's literally every day. Currently going on one month right now. REDEEM YOUR POINTS! Except you can't use them with the current sale, so your total will actually go up. It doesn't say this when you cash out your points though!FREE GIFT! $14.95 VALUE! I got nothing. Squat. **************** wouldn't reply to my [very polite] inquiry. When I asked Blissy if I could please have my points back so I could instead redeem for a discount to use their sale, I got a one-line email. No greeting or sign off. Just "you can't use rewards and promo code in one purchase"Then they stopped answering me.They delete questions on Instagram, too. I'm paying to ship my stuff back out of spite. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    The pillow cases are very nice, however , the return policy is terrible. I spent alot of money on pillowcases and attempted to return two several weeks ago and still have not received my refund.I have contacted the company by phone as well as support by email and still no refund. I am very disappointed and will not shop Blissy again.

    i ordered two pillow cases. i returned one like instructed in the email they sent me. i requested an exchange and for them to ship out the new case to my mother. they never contacted me about my return. i called them back two weeks later and they said they got the return but there was no note in the package. i know there was one in there. anyways at that point i arranged to have a new pillowcase sent to my mother in the color she wanted. i spoke w/ her two weeks later and the case had not arrived yet. i called blissy 5/24/24 and spoke w/ someone there who said they had gotten a return package but there was no pillowcase in it. this is not true. the first person i spoke w/ said they got the return. so then the manager was suppose to call me back as the person i spoke w/ was working remotely. the manager never called back. this company is a scam and should be shut down.

    I bought the Blissy pillowcase, which I thought was pricey, but the ads impressed me.I **** washed it in All Free and Clear and let it air dry. I was so excited to use it. To be extra cautious, I had washed my hair that morning so that it was dry all day and put my moisturizer on an hour early to make sure it was completely dry. I followed every direction to a t. When I woke up, there were marks all over it. It looks awful. I wrote to customer service and they blamed me for wearing moisturizer. It was dry, and they mention that it wont absorb moisturizer in the ad. I wish I could attach the screenshot. I wrote back explaining that I had followed every direction carefully. They responded to 1 line of the email I wrote. It didnt even apply to what my email said. Their product is not quality, but worse their customer service is absolutely AWFUL. They dont stand behind their product. They dont make things right if you have a problem. They just brush you off. Its disgusting. People should be aware that it is not what it seems for the price I paid and the agitation Im going through trying to get someone to actually help me. I think they should send a new case bc this should never have happened. I take pride in my house and the cover looks like a rag Id clean with with all of those marks that came out of 1 nights sleep. Be weary. It looked great for a day! It felt nice, but why did it mark up so easily when nothing wet or greasy was on me? Im still wondering after 3 e-mail exchanges.
